I have been working out with J for quite some time he has helped me shed Uber 60 pounds with dedication and his guidance.
I have felt better than when I was 16 years old. When he added his meal prep service it made it so that I did not need to look for food on the run which resulted in primarily fast food. Which we all know is terrible for you it's deep fried garbage covered in cheese.
He has helped me to understand that the food we put in our bodies equals the body figure that we have. I am a food slob because I am a chef.
But the meals that he has provided are fantastic? I encourage all of you to at least try one meal so that you can experience this yourself and be thoroughly satisfied.
