I had a tour of this farm and wow was it impressive! The staff explained how mushrooms are grown from the petri dish all the way to the fresh mushroom. They are in local farmers markets and supply local restaurants too. I am looking forward to their next cooking class with Chef Mort!

OMG, I love these mushrooms! I buy all of their "fresh" and jerky mushrooms and they are a favorite. I love the Korean Pepper (mid-range spicy) and the original best. Eric is always there at the farmer's market and is full of information and passion for these mushrooms (me too). They also have tours of the farm in the Coachella Valley - something to do. Check it out!

1. The mushrooms were amazing. We purchased the king oyster mushrooms to make a vegan version of pulled pork. Erik shared with us how he had prepared it, as well as pulling up a recipe on his phone! Great product, great experience.

More than just delicious, organic mushrooms here. These folks will give you a tour and show you the process of growing mushrooms from beginning to end. It's hard to pick which variety to choose from, but they can help with that if you have some meals in mind. I bought Chestnut for a mushroom barley soup and Elm Oyster for risotto. Plus they gave me a sample of flavor enhancer that I'm excited to try. Don't forget to bring home some jerky.

This place is AMAZING! I love their mushrooms at the farmer's market, and Eric there told us if we went to the farm to ask for a tour, so we did. Tom showed us around, taught us about mushrooms and growing them and should us some of the most beautiful lions mane mushrooms ever. Thank you!
