When I found this farm several years ago, I was over the moon- the products they offer are top notch! Here are my favorites - duck breast, chicken, sausage, hanger steak, ground beef. TBH - I have ordered almost every product offered over the years, and I have never once been disappointed. The only "bad thing" about Canter Hill Farm is the narrow driveway!

Jeanette came through for us after a minor mixup, then went above and beyond to deliver our rib roast. It was sublime.
The ladies at the farmers markets always explain that Canter Hill gathers their products from multiple places.
Every cut of meat, chicken, lamb, or sausage we have gotten has been top quality and we buy all products from them. I highly recommend this fine resource.

The chickens, duck breast, and lamb chops we get are always tender and flavorful, and the sausage and steaks can't be beat. We have switched over now and only get our meat from them--they are the best!

I called just recently to inquire about duck. I also called a month or more ago. This is the second time Jeanette has answered the phone in an annoyed manner. This time was so rude - like this: [kids making lots of noise in the background] Jeanette: "Is this an emergency? cause I have a problem here". Why would someone answer a business phone when they have screaming kids and why would they say this? So rude. Last time she acted annoyed too like I was disturbing her private time when this is the phone number listed for a farm business. Plus they only have frozen meats and when I wanted to talk about fresh meat she was annoyed at that and did not want to accommodate. I will not be calling back ever. Lots of farms around with wonderful accommodating farmers who will do most anything you want, a little drive in the country and can stop other places. Don't want to deal with a rude main liner

Great sausages but super dirty chicken feet and chicken hearts. Also the wife is not very friendly. You can't run a business and not be people friendly. So many farms to pick from, don't waste your money here.

Some of the best meats around especially pork and chicken. Every sausage I've had from them has been excellent. I've been buying almost all my meat products here lately.

Be cautious of this vendor and farm!!
They just sold me 2 year old lamb at the bryn mawr farmers market, and when asked about it were not even surprized said they should have given me a more recent one from their freezer, as in this is nor.sl that they carry such old meat. Their labels say "inspected" but the chicken have no inspection or packaging dates. Farm chicken and meats are supposed to be fresh! People pay premium price for this and definitely don't deserve to fold unsafe expired products!
