They at least give you your money back, but their sandwiches are almost always skimped out or the packaging is not sealed, they substitute items in your order and still take your money. The driver with purple hair is very polite which is why I gave the second star.

**Edit(2021): during this pandemic, I visited this location and I couldn't help noticing the people who handle the food are coughing. I asked an employee about that and he told me that the supervisors are oblivious and they do not care for public safety. I was also told that they rush the employees, jam pack them shoulder to shoulder while rushing them on the lines for hours on end next to people who obviously are sick. Those same sick individuals are the ones who prepare and package foods in a dirty environment. If you want to talk to these employees, they usually visit the Angie's bar down the road. Please be safe.

Would be nice if the workers took pride in making the hoagies. Instead of me digging out each stack of meat and placing it properly on the sandwich. Why would you want 3 of the same meat stacked on top of each other?! It’s supposed to be laid out. Every single time it’s like this

Disappointed in the quality of food at vendor locations compared to price. Charging almost the cost of a restaurant dinner for a relatively small chicken ceasar wrap, cup of canned soup and a water. The caesar wrap didnt have any lettuce, it was a green wrap inside the standard tan flour wrap with cut up gristle loaded chicken. So basically it was doughy dry "Chicken".Very disappointing, especially for their high prices. In the past, have purched almost $5 for a ham sandwich with enough meat for a half or a salad that the lettuce is questionable. I recommend going out for lunch instead.

I inquired about their coffee serves yesterday. The regional sales director emailed me back and said there wouldn't be enough revenue to service our location. "It wasn't worth their time." I contacted Aramark immediately after and the lady I spoke to was more than happy to help find a solution that fit our needs. I told her about my experience with Canteen and she informed me she had been hearing of the same issues from other new customers of hers. Do yourself a favor and go with Aramark.

One of their machines charge my card $5 instead of $1 for a bag of Frito-Lay's corn chips their website phone numbers are all outdated you can't get through to get a refund and no one answers the phone at the 888 number. This happened at the UPS building in Harrisburg,pa
