This was a really neat place, downtown. We walked in, and it was very call me feeling fancy couches and cherry. We can sit there and enjoy yourself. And then the whole back half was when they actually baked. It was really neat. I opted for the oatmeal sandwich because I love oatme cookies, and it was phenomenal. Not too sweet, just enough filling to make it perfectly. My wife and daughter tried me in cake. Pops and several different flavors. They really liked it. My wife got a cookie. I can't remember the flavor but it was very, very good. We'll definitely go back here again to. the place was just perfect

What a cute and wonderful little bakery conveniently located in downtown Opelika. The place is very clean, including the bathroom. The bathroom also has the coolest sink I've ever used.

The cookies I had were delicious and I ate them both. The service was great, very friendly and cheerful and it matched the vibe of the place.

The staff was also having a great time working as they sang backstreet boys songs while working.

My visit here was truly a delight.

I wasn’t going to make a review, but after the most rude encounter my mom had I feel like I need to. I ordered my graduation cake for this past weekend, it was a 2 teared cake and it was absolutely beautiful… until we ate it. It tasted how I would image buttercream and cardboard tasting. I have made and ate butter cream, and I am well aware it’s literally just creamer butter, but it tasted like eating butter from a tube, no flavor or nothing. When we cut into the cake it fell apart it was so dry. Everyone in the room went silent when eating it because it was, and I truly cannot stress this enough, God awful. I normally wouldn’t post a review, but since it was over $300 and it was uneditable I needed to so nobody else would waste money on a cake that you would think would be the best thing you have ever had, that not even my dog would eat.
As for the other items sold here it really is a solid 10/10- her cookies are the best but that’s it. The attitude and cakes needs some work and if you want a good tasting cake, I recommend literally anywhere else. Like reality anywhere else.

These women are AMAZING! I've been dreaming of my wedding day (and cake) since I was a little girl. My fabulous Mother-In-Law saw a cake that Carie had done on Instagram and when I found out she uses AutoCAD for her design process, I KNEW we were meant for each other! I travel a lot for work and when it came time to do a tasting appointment, I was struggling to find the availability. No problem for Cakeitecture though, I sent my Sister-In-Law in my place and we did a FaceTime consultation while I stood on a job site.
When it came time to discuss my cake, I wanted it to be very simple, tasteful (in more ways than one) and classic. Let me tell you... it was all of that and more. The cream cheese filling and Swiss meringue buttercream frosting melted in the mouth of each guest as they indulged in this delicious creation I was honored to call my wedding cake!
With the trend these days of having cupcakes at your wedding, I saw on Pinterest where someone did an outline of their last name initial using cupcakes and I immediately fell in love with the look. I suggested it to Carie and team and once again, no problem for Cakeitecture to execute my vision. She dropped that design right into AutoCAD and it turned out just as I imagined it to (see photo attached).
My husband graduated from Auburn so his Grooms Cake had to have some AU flare incorporated. No problem, Cakeitecture baked the most creative Grooms Cake I've ever seen (and I've seen a LOT of Grooms Cakes- see photo). The cake portrayed a detailed replica of a Toomer's Corner Oak Tree, decorated as they are after the win of a football game. My guests couldn't get over how each ounce looked so meticulous and thought out to match the theme. Everything from the tissue covering the branches to the mini replica AU sign that sits in front of Samford Hall looked perfect.

Each creation they made for us truly was a piece of art.

On top of this, Carie was 9 months pregnant at the time of my wedding and order delivery. Once again, Cakeitecture came through and drove our cakes from Auburn to Bremen (104 miles), coordinated the drop off and setup with our caterer and drove back to Auburn. I didn't have to worry about coordinating with her, she was in and out and everything looked amazing when we arrived for our reception.
We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and of course, due to the cake being so good and our guests eating every crumb, we needed a new cake top layer to eat and celebrate with, per tradition. I called the ladies up, they had it ready for me in a day and I was able to enjoy all of the goodness once again! I will now be a customer for life!

If you want a unforgettable looking and tasting cake, Cakeitecture is where you need to go! Trust me!

Carie and the entire staff are angels! Our son is a Make A Wish recipient and with that he was also signed up for a program called Icing Smiles where he could get a dream cake for his birthday. Carie volunteered to make his cake and we didn't have any idea what it would look like but WOW we were so shocked at this cake!! Not only that, but she also delivered it to us after I tested positive for covid. We will always go to her for any baked needs in the future ♥️

Sorry no pictures we ate it all. Delicious cookies the lemon lavender was sublime. And the coffee bar had many flavors and options. Great for kids too, fun atmosphere and the character cake pops are changed seasonally.

Really nice place to get a treat, coffee, and some work done. All the other coffee shops were packed and busy. This place provided a nice quiet atmosphere. Thanks y’all.
