These guys are great. they'll talk with you about your needs, what you are trying to achieve, how many head you have, and then guide you in a good setup. We only have a dozen head and they set us up with just the right size to safely manage our girls. Then, when I've need help after the sale they jumped right back in and helped us out again. These are simply good people. I’m a city guy who stopped in out of curiosity while on a road trip. I can’t comment on their products or service but, based upon my experience as someone they knew wasn’t spending much money, I can vouch for their character. I wear my C & B hat around Chicago with pride and it certainly does spark conversation.

I had a great experience at this business. My friend and I drove up to buy a round pen and the crew took the time to help me find what I was looking for. There were lots of options and they have great prices. Everyone was super helpful and made sure everything was nice & secure in the trailer. Will definitely be coming back again!

Called them to order a 30 head working system to be delivered in NC. They had it shipped in less than a week. Great quality and easy to assemble. Price was better than anywhere I looked in NC. I look forward to working with them in the future when I expand my operations.

Greatest people ever. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Nobody in my area has as good of equipment as they do. Three times the quality at same price or less than locally. Its about 4 hrs to drive but worth every penny. I've purchased over 10k in coral equipment and the biggest bulls cant bend it. Highly recommend that you purchase your handling equipment from these guys. They still offer heavy farm gate for less than TSC gets for junk gates.

I recently purchased some equipment from C &B Farm + Outdoors. Unfortunately, not all the equipment I ordered was in the delivery. When I called C & B they were very apologetic and admitted to making the mistake. They were willing to ship the missing items. However, they couldn’t give a date the items would be shipped and were going to charge me an additional $100 in freight fees. I had just spent $600 in a flat rate freight fee that covered the costs of all the equipment I originally ordered, except they forgot to send a couple of items. I understand making mistakes, because everyone can make them. What separates good and bad businesses is when they choose to fix them or not. Too bad.

I drove 87 miles one way on a Saturday morning after talking with Brad on a Friday morning. Told me the 50 head catch system was in stock. He told me he would send me a text msg with prices as the are much higher than seen on Facebook web page they have. Of course no text msg was sent but he did say to expect a 35 to 40 percent increase by summer so I came on the next day. When I walked in I found a bunch of kids trying to run the place. They were nice and did the best they could to help me but you can't sell something you don't have. I wanted to add some extra gates and more tub to the system, came out to be almost 6700.00. I told them I would still take it if they would ship it to me at no cost to me. After all I had already pulled a 24ft trailer with me to pick it up. They would excuse themselves and call someone some were and ultimately said no after telling me "we have truck over your way all the time".I was very disappointed in this after being told shipping was 150 -200 dollar. C and B had a better reputation than this.It might just be an old fashioned but doing the right thing never goes out of style... l just went somewhere else.
