I had a really great experience here, came on date night with my significant other and we both enjoyed the atmosphere. Rodney was our server, and he was such a pleasure to work with. Our food came out right on time and he ensured that we were doing great.

Rodney, our server, was wonderful! Service was quick. You have to try the buttermilk biscuits, shrimp and grits, and expresso tres leches cake! So So So good. I want to go back! We also had the salmon and tomato bisque. They were delicious as well 😋

I will say this, the location and the historical building is what sold me on trying this place. However, after a meal with my family and eating this food, I can truly say this place is overrated. We made a reservation and when we came early, we were told they were closed and would reopen at 11:30. Now, we only had to wait 5 minutes, but it would have been nice to have waited at the bar until they were open for serving food. Once we sat down and reviewed the menu, we put in our order and waited. We ordered a variety of drinks, but my drink was incorrect. After mentioning this to the waiter, they then brought out the correct drink. I had the tomato bisque soup, the trout dish and the tres leche dessert. We also had cornbread muffins and a few other desserts as well. We were all in agreement, the best thing we ate were the cornbread muffins! Everything else was either mediocre or inedible!

Now those cornbread muffins were put your foot in 'em good. That was the only plate cleaned from our table and everyone enjoyed. I thought the soup was ok and something I could have made at home. Nothing special. The trout dish was disjointed for me. The potatoes were good, but the trout didn't have enough seasoning for me, and I found the asparagus to be a bit acidic for my taste. Everyone else agreed that their plates were just ok or not great. Now, the worst part of our meal was the dessert, or should I say an attempt because that tres leche concoction was the worst dessert I've eaten period. It was unpalatable, I just looked at it after a few bites and pushed that plate back. The bread pudding was dry bread with no sauce to cover it, and the cheesecake was mediocre. For the prices spent, this food should have been perfect! Needless to say, we will not be returning here. Overrated, overhyped food.

Very disappointed by the food and experience.

There was almost no one in the dining room, but we were told to order and pay at the bar and wait across the hall. It was essentially ordering to-go. I should have trusted my gut and left then.

The Atlantic Sea Scallops should not be a Chef Special as the scallops were caked in pepper. The carrots and asparagus weren't seasoned. The cauliflower was mostly stems. I compared to images in other reviews and it seems like a consistency issue.

Service was the best part. While I didn't appreciate the policy to send us across the hall, they were at least friendly and delivered our food across the hall.

This place is amazing! I can't recommend it enough and without a doubt the best part of my business trip to Atlanta! Food and drinks were amazing but the staff and especially Radiffe at the bar made the experience.

For any fellow travelers- this restaurant has a very cool history and is part of a hotel that use to be an old bank from the early 1900s (still has its original features). It's beautiful!

Please check this place out. You will not be disappointed! Ask for Radcliffe!

My husband and I had brunch with Jazz. It was so beautiful to dine at an historical building. Food is delicious. Must have the steak and eggs!
