Purchased a 2208 bush hog thinking I purchased the best no I purchased the economy brand with egg shaped stump jumpers you have to purchase the 3308 model to get the round stump jumpers that work no one explained to me I purchased the beer can model why would anyone making bush hogs put these cheap egg shaped stump jumpers on anything too me that’s the life of the bush hog should have kept my Fred Cain never had problem in 25 years

Contacted Bushog about a 7 ft. Finish mower I was having trouble with the solid wheels spinning the rim and advised Michael that the mower was out of warranty and I just was trying to find out if something I was doing caused this ? Not looking for anything other than advice. He told me to have my dealer call him and he would sell me 4 new tires at 50% discount !! I have 4 new tires on the way!Thanks Michael and Bushog for helping me on this! You do not find this type of customer service nowadays! I own a 286, a 2308 and a HDTH 7. The best mowers made! Thanks again Michael.

I deliver freight here. As far as delivering I have never had an issue. However; I do not live unload or load. I simply drop my trailer then hook to another and head back to Birmingham. It is easy to find though and the route there is truck friendly!

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. I spent $6000 on a zero turn mower several years ago. It now needs a new drive belt for the blades. I checked three so called "dealers" in the area and none carry the parts so I called Bush Hog directly. They will not sell me the parts because I have to go thru a dealer that doesn't even stock their stuff. So I call my closest so called dealer and they order the parts for me. I won't know what the cost of my order is because they will not know what the shipping cost is until early next week. Today is Thursday. Then on top of that the parts will be shipped to the dealer which is a 60 miles round trip, instead of being shipped to my home. When a company cares more for dealers that don't stock any of their common maintenance parts than they do for the person that spent a chunk of money for their product, they will be scratched off my list. I will never own another Bush Hog product again. They should change their name to Bush League.

15 hours and counting to unload. Why bother giving someone a dock if you have no intention of unloading? This is theft when you steal my time. Time is money.
