Without question, the best heavy cream around. It's straight out of a storybook - rich, thick, full of flavor. Supermarket cream (even the grass fed organic variety) pales in comparison. Do yourself and your morning coffee a favor and get a quart. While you're at it, try the chocolate syrup as well. You'll have to stop yourself from drinking it straight from the bottle.

I decided to take a road trip from NJ to the farm to see what it was like. I instantly noticed how clean it is compared to another buffalo farm I’ve been to. I had an ice bag with me but didn't take an insulated bag to put everything in. They were kind enough to give me a free box and plastic bag to place all the products in. They are very accommodating, kind and have delicious products. Their products being raw is just the cherry on top of their excellent customer service.

I’ve been enjoying the food from Buffalo Valley Pastures for over a year, and it is by far some of, if not THE, richest food I have ever had. It’s nutrient dense, delicious, and easy to digest. I really like the milk and light cream. The strawberry kefir is excellent. The owner, David, really puts his heart into his business. It’s his passion to provide quality, healthy food. It’s great to have business owners who truly believe in their business and product as more than just a means to make money but truly a quality service and blessing to their customers. God bless you!
