Exceptional! The food looked so great I forgot to take pics before diving in. So forgive the pics. The food didn't disappoint. It tasted as amazing as it looked. The Pueblo Chile wine and Baked Brié is a must.

This place is a gem! We loved that we could have a light dinner and add the wine tasting served tableside (also available in a separate special room). It's nice to be able to experience different wines in such a quaint setting. After a scary ride @ Pike's Peak, this restaurant is a welcome and relaxing refuge. Will visit again for sure!!

Great surprise last night. We stopped to check out the new business
"Brush Hollow Winery"
in the old Community Center/Cabaret Building at the Cascade Stop light on Fountain Ave.

I had a wine flight and for my husband they made a Bloody Mary from their Pueblo Chile wine, and then decided on ordering a salad and flat bread
(veggie for me and pepperoni for hubs). It was really good!

Again, we were pleasantly surprised! We chatted with Bob, one of the owners and found out they are adding more items to the menu as well as an outdoor firewood pizza oven and grill.

It's worth a stop inside and see what they have done to the building and try a bite to eat.

It's nice to have more options in the area and support local.

We were fortunate enough to have James, the owner, guide us through our wine tasting, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. James exudes energy and passion for his craft, and it’s evident that he pours his heart into every aspect of winemaking. His enthusiasm was contagious, making the experience not just informative but incredibly fun. You can tell he loves what he does, and that love shines through in every sip of wine and every story he shares.

The food was equally impressive—delicious and thoughtfully prepared, it paired perfectly with the wines and elevated the entire experience. And let’s talk about the value! For everything we received—phenomenal wine, amazing food, and an unforgettable experience—the price was beyond reasonable. It felt like such a steal for the level of quality and care we enjoyed.

This is a hidden gem that deserves to be on everyone’s travel list. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or simply looking for a memorable outing, this is a place you must not miss. We left with not only great memories but a newfound appreciation for the art of winemaking, thanks to James and his incredible team.

We’ll definitely be back, and we can’t recommend this magical spot enough!

I loved this place so much. It felt cozy and the staff were so kind. I got the wine flight and they went through each wine and answered any questions I had. Please stop by this place it’s worth it.

Great atmosphere! The vibes inside are amazing and the waitresses were awesome! They were very detailed in their descriptions of our purchases. Finally, the wine is amazing, I highly recommend the Bacho Noir, but that's me personally.

P.S. The Goat cheese is what you really come here for LOL
