They used to carry lamb and fish but today I didn't see any. Seems like one of their fridge is not working. Other than that, price for goat meat and hard fowl is great.

Came here today for my usual 6 hard chickens and I always leave a happy customer. When i call by phone, the ladies at the counter always answer with kind regards. Usually as soon as i arrive my chicken is ready to be picked up. i love the quick an diligent service i recieven continuously from this store

I have been a customer for the past 5years but today I was treated badly only because I advise your staff to let the customer go instead of yelling and when is time for me to pay they ignore me and answer 2 customers after me. The only question I ask who is going attend to me? The next thing I hear was the chubby guy and a lady started shouting at me. Even though after I paid the said they should take back what I paid for. I will not be coming back. I can’t blame you because you’re the same person that reply the review. If said I curse at your staff do you check your CCTV what she said to me and to 2 previous customer before me. I’m sorry for you and your family keep it up and sell your goods to yourself. My wife was there last week and complain about the same lady. But it’s fine do your business the way you want. I will spend my money where I was welcome.

I’m glad I found live chicken poultry and meat meat place in Belleville here in NJ and 2 more in Newark which I might not go to anyways because the one in Belleville is closer to me! Yay!!! Because I don’t have to deal with poor customer service that goes on in this place .
The new inexperience lady they added in this place is CRAZY. My experience with this low class cashier in this place this evening to a point I left all my stuff that I picked up worth off $200 plus and ready to pay is how BAD IT IS!!! No one should go to this place PERIOD.! The verbal abuse , facial gestures and the attitudes and overall behavior displayed by this crazy cashier today as witnessed by another customer is UNBELIEVABLE but at the same time her CRAZY behavior helped me to look up other places in google and I found out they are not the only one that runs poultry business thank God . Since the owner who was running this place originally left the place have never been the same although manageable but this with addition of this CRAZY LIGHT SKIN woman not the darker one though she is not good either bus she is better than this one the place is now a mad house with verbal fights and poor customer service that’s all you pay for when you go to this place. I’m sick of it and done!!!!!!!!
I will never go back to this place that doesn’t even have parking space , I will make sure I take with me all my friends and families. So glad I have options and don’t have to deal with the abuse of customer that goes on this stinky place. I wish there’s anything less than 1 star that’s what this place deserves PERIOD.
People don’t take abuse from this place YOU HAVE OPTIONS AND YOU ALL WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY. Say good bye to them!!

Very good place with good meat but please train your staff on Customer Service as they appear to be very rude. Had an incident were one lady attacked my wife for taking wares while they were closing for the day. I have never seen such rudeness and when We complained the guy at the cash register openly said he was not gonna get involved. They should learn to appreciate Customers who take out time, drive down to your place of business out of all the poultry/meat shops around and pay with their hard earned money.

The staff are pleasant and respect customers. They work hard , committed and show positive impression to indicate that they like their job. They do most of the chicken preparation where customer can watch and see. Nothing is hidden.The chicken and others appear healthy and the meat is fresh.. Their produce look good too. The environment is good. Street parking ok. If you have any complaint, they listen to you. Among other meat and poultry store, I choose and recommend this Broadway meat and poultry
