I love what they've done with the place! Possibly the best setting for a brewery that I've seen (and I've been to a few). Really like the way they've set up businesses-within-the-business so there's variety as you explore.

The beer was good:
Winter Warlock Oatmeal Stout - 3/5
Pinon Nut Brown Ale - 4/5

My brisket sandwich was small, but it made a good first impression on taste. However, too many bites had big chunks of fat. The green beans were really good. My wife's loaded waffle fries, with chipotle seasoning, were quite good except for the cheese, which had a slightly grainy texture and sub-par flavor.

If we lived in the area, we'd visit from time to time, but for us this was just one of 400 Colorado breweries we're trying.

This is a really unique location. It's in an old school so there are other little nooks with food. There is fun art on the bathroom walls.

We were visiting Colorado Springs during Thanksgiving week and found this place in Ivywild School. The place was spacious and busy on Friday afternoon. Our server was nice. My husband and son enjoyed their beer.

What up everybody, it’s your girl Plum back with another review. My boyfriend works at a brewery, so we spend a lot of time visiting others. Grab your socks tight before you try the lemon beer or they’re getting knocked off! Bf tried the world peace death ray hazy, he liked it a lot. He even bought a tshirt to bring back to Denver. We would highly recommend giving this a visit when you come by Ivywild School.

Place was awesome! Highly recommend. Probably one of the top spots in the springs. In an old school house which was really cool. There beers were all amazing and high quality. The other places to grab food were great too. Fun place and highly recommend. You will enjoy! Finally, my bartender was helpful and knowledgeable about the beers which was great!

Bristol brewing in Colorado Springs was a fantastic brewery experience. First of all, the building that Bristol brewing is housed in is a wonderful old school building that is beautiful and historic. The inside was well designed and was spacious so you don't feel cramped in, like some other brewers. All of the beers I have tried here have been great. Friendly staff.

A historic school house turned into a Brewery and a few eateries. I love that history was saved. The school was built in 1916 and was used until 2009. I stopped into Bristol Brewery and had one of their signature beers, the Laughing Lab. Very good! Service was stupendous which means great. The building is amazing and I mentioned that they did a great job keeping the historic value to the building. I learned from the bar tender that the chandelier came from the Broadmoor and the big metals doors came from Cheyenne zoo's elephant home. I didn't eat here but there are places to eat. There is a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy. I love the history and owners did a great job with keeping the historic building alive.
