I got a pack of lamb shanks and lamb chops. The lamb shanks were pretty good. The lamb loin chops had a pretty old processing date so I asked if they're good. The owner assured me they're fine but when I opened the pack after getting home that night, they were pretty rotten and foul smelling.

I do think they have good stuff but make sure you're getting the fresh ones.

Me and daughter went and picked up a large number of meat and man the quality has been amazing. Pork chops delicious ground beef was awesome and the lamb ribs 10/10 will be back soon

We love this farm so much! The people are amazing and care so well for their animals. The meat is amazing. We were at the meat sale today and it was once again amazing. If you are looking for high quality meat or an amazing family to support, this is the place to go. We will always go here to order our meat!

This review is long overdue. I am in love with the meat at Buckner! I went strict carnivore for almost 6 months for health reasons and remained meat based after that and was totally reliant on Buckner for my meat. I needed extremely fresh meat too because I have some nasty histamine issues, and I never once had a problem with the meat from Buckner. I cannot overstate the quality their beef, lamb, and pork. I am not kidding when I say both me and my partner couldn't really bare to eat whole foods grass fed burger after getting used to a totally different/better standard of meat. I am not totally sure what the secret is, but these guys have nailed it! Eating close to 4 lbs of their meat daily for about a year I can confidently say it's the best I have found. Extra bonus is that both Mary Kay and Clint are super awesome! Sad I moved to Europe and am struggling to find meat I like as well and that I can trust in the same way.

Went to this ranch for the first time and Curt was very nice. It was great that I could bring my family and they were more than welcoming. My kids were watching the chickens and roosters eat the flower petals falling of the trees and my wife and I were picking out some freshly butchered lamb, pork and beef. The quality of the meats were excellent. I've never actually thought ground beef smelled good, but I guess it's how fresh it is that matters. They accept cash and credit cards when they do their monthly public sale. I think they have a Facebook page where they post their public sale information. I will definitely go back again.
