Nice atmosphere but execution was lacking. Stopped in here to start our evening in Phoenixville. My wife ordered the Bluebird and I had the Firebird.
My wife enjoyed her drink but mine was a complete fail. My drink was served in a coupe glass with a Chipotle rim. The server clearly never had any bar service or basic etiquette training because he carried my drink with his fingers on the bottom of the glass and his thumb on the rim! Disgusting! That is where the customer puts their mouth! The customer owns the top 2/3 of the glass- a server should carry the drink from the bottom of the stem.
I waited for my original server to return to send the drink back, but she completely disappeared. I finally gave up waiting and drank from the side opposite from where the server had his thumb (I could tell because the Chipotle rim was missing and smudged at that spot). But the drink itself was actually disgusting as well. Waaaay too much lime, it was so sour it was undrinkable.
The woman who we ordered our drinks from never returned to check on us- she finally came after I walked up to the bartender asking for my check.
I would have given them a 1 for terrible service and my bad drink, but scored them a two because my wife liked her drink.
Hopefully, they re-train their staff for future patrons. I will likely not be returning.

Every single time we go here the drinks are delicious and go down a little too easily. They switch up drinks seasonally but also keep popular items on so you are never dissappointed! Have never had a bad drink here.

Stopped in to grab a flight and try their 5 bourbons. The menu we had didn't specify ages, but I found online they opened in 2015, so for a younger distillery and what I'm assuming isn't aged long, the bourbon tastes good. However, the prices for a bottle are too high. For the same price you can buy a more aged bourbon with developed flavors. Would recommend this place for a quick drink, but not bottle purchase.
The atmosphere is nice. Staff are friendly. No food sold here, but you can bring your own. Parking is difficult as expected for the area.

The bottled Old Fashioned Whiskey Cocktail is equal to or better than any Old Fashioned drinks I've had at upscale bars and hotels over the years. Many are available, but they don't come close to Bluebird's. Well done - outstanding job!

Outstanding drinks, great atmosphere, friendly service… but I am forced to remove a star for how consistently slow it is.

Pro tip: decide what you want to drink before arriving, because if the server drops off water and gives you “a minute” to decide on drinks, you might wait 10-15 before you have another opportunity to order.

Fabulous cocktails with unique ingredients. It does take time to get your drink however this is because the bartenders hand-craft each one. Tried the Comfortably Numb, Autumn in Bethany and Old Fashioned and I would recommend them all.

On December 20th this was the last stop on crawl we were doing with family and friends for a birthday. From the second we walked in the experience sucked. We were greeted by a woman who said previous customers were badly behaved - and she preceeded to demand to know how much we had to drink, and how many places we stopped, and that we'd be carefully watched. It made asking for a menu, and where the bathroom was uncomfortable, and at that point why would anyone want to order a drink and hang out there?

Plenty of people do crawls around pheonixville, and around the holidays it's common, we had no other problems that night.

We had a decent sized group, and for the price of your drinks, you easily made a few hundred dollars from us in the last 45 minutes of your night.

Treat your guests better. While the drink was good, the experience left a bad taste in everyone's mouth that night, 20+ people who aren't interested in returning.
