Got addicted to their seeded loaf. It's delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Packed with sesame and flax seeds. It's so good we even eat it by itself. We found it by chance at Natural Grocers in Montrose and have been going driving back from Ouray once a week to get it. Can't live without it anymore. Other breads just won't do it. Today, we drove to Durango, but Natural Grocers didn't carry it. Bummed. Found out they also bake one with kalamata olives. Will have to try it ASAP.

Very excellent bread on every level. I am gluten sensitive, but not to this bread! I have absolutely no problems when I eat it. Also - it is so nutritious. I can have two slices with Kerry Gold butter and a bit of peanut butter for dinner. Completely satisfies,

We buy Blue Grouse Bread (usually the seeded loaf) in Telluride at Clark's Market. It is the best loaf of bread I have ever had - toasted with a little butter and peanut butter, it's like heaven on earth. I don't know where they got their amazing skills at making chewy, tangy, and crunchy bread but I am so happy they did! Highly recommend this bakery. Extraordinary.

With all the changes in the food industry and how foods are being processed, more and more food issues are prevelant. My boyfriend has found that bread makes him sick with heart burn. We have been over the moon that the bread the Blue Grouse makes has NOT made him sick like store bought. It is beautifully made and tastes INCREDIBLE!!! Thank you for such an amazing product.

We buy this bread at a couple of local markets in Telluride, CO. SO WONDERFUL This bread stands head and shoulders above any other. I called the bakery directly on a Monday to see when a fresh supply was coming in. The friendly and helpful staffer who answered the phone answered all my questions. Great business, great product.

Been around the block a bit looking for good bread. This hits the mark. The only problem with it is that, because it’s real, if it sits on the shelf for more than a day it’s hard as a rock. I understand that and I appreciate that you guys are going for the real deal and not putting anything in it that keeps that from happening. Real bread takes that sacrifice. I wish more consumers were willing to just figure out when it’s fresh and good rather than expecting a shelf life. Real bread doesn’t have one.
