Normally I’d leave a better review…but I had previously been told not to support this supplier due to customer service and quality of hay; however, I hadn’t encountered either until this evening. I have previously should up right before closing hours ( just before 6pm) and the guys have still loaded my hay, but not tonight. Jason said nope we close at 6pm. I said ok, it’s 5:56. He said well we’re closed. I asked if they didn’t gave someone there to take payment or they closed early. He said we have to clean up. He continued to argue with me and asked what time is it now ma’am? I said 5:58pm he said well we’re closed as I told the last person that came before you! He encouraged me to call his boss. It’s not like a was filling a flatbed full of hay. I usually by 4 bails a month. I called the boss….lets see if a call is returned.
Scott Blevins, you should adjust your hours if your employees don’t work up until closing especially when I adjust my schedule to make it on time. I’m extremely disappointed with the young employee today, not sure I’ll be back.

I'm grateful to have hay service conveniently located that is also open on Sundays. Unlike some of the bad reviews, if I have had any issue with the hay I received, they have been easy to work with and made it right.

The only reason why I’m giving this hay supplier a 1 is because there is no 0, with out a doubt the nastiest alfalfa hay I have ever fed. When I called and talked with Scott he could have cared less. The attached photo shows the feeder after every flake of hay that was fed. Do not buy from this place

Not a fan of reviews, also not a fan of bad customer service. The kid loading hay was on it, the adult taking payment was smug despite a 33% tip. Hay is decent but much more expensive than surrounding barns.

Hay is always good and the guys loading are very nice and work hard. Not sure why anyone would say otherwise. Have been buying from them for years

I just tried this place for the first time. I didn’t know it was even here. They hay was same price as my two other sources for hay and much better quality. Nice pretty and green. The guys were quick and polite.
