I stop by pretty often for burritos. They're always a good size and the free Wednesday coffees have been great. I haven't had a bad experience with any employees.
However, you could work on the cheese in the burritos. It's still usually cold when I take a bite and more chile would be appreciated.
The best fries I've gotten at any lotaburger with a quantity that deserves to be called "large"

Ordered my food at 1142AM. Started to get busy for lunch and they were working on a large order so I figured it'd be a while. By 1210PM, I noticed customers that ordered after me were getting their order. Went to the counter and asked about my food. They hadn't started it yet. Waited another 10 minutes, only given a refund for 1 sandwich not the meal. Finally got my order. Burger is wrong and cold. Fries are cold too. Go back and they make a new one. Ask for a refund, was told by the manager I can get a refund or my burger remade but not both. Told her it's not fair I have to pay full price for my order when it was wrong and took almost an hour to receive. She replied I upgraded your burger no charge. Have a nice day and come again. Then she just walked away and took my receipts with her. I've worked fast food and know it can get hectic during lunch but she could have handled it better.

I arrived at the Drive thru at 1140 on 8/19/24 and placed an order for ONE meal. I waited until 1230 to finally get my food after having to yell to a worker that I've been waiting for 40 mins. After all that time, the food wasn't hot. Complete waste of time and money. First and last time. Will not be coming back.

I waited at the ordering station for about 7mins.

No milkshakes or drinks. Only burger and fries. Bathrooms are not working.

The lady said she doesn't know when they'll make milkshakes again, but they're not serving it.

I asked for a lemonade. None available.

I'm waiting for my food at the window and it's been 15 mins.

Ordered 11 NM Style Green Chili Combo, usually they mess up our order but this time the young lady number our burgers with season/regular fries. We had one special order and they made it as requested. I seen team work, thank you Blake's staff

The food was great. I Love the new Mexico Burger ?.. the cashier was great today running back and forth getting his job done. I think his name was Josh or Joshua. I'm giving the whole team a shout out though. Great job Blake's team. I'll be visiting soon.
