Had an appointment to deliver and was a little early but they took me right on in. The security guard at the gate checked me in and unlike some security people he actually treated me nice. He was helpful about how they operate and I was in line without a problem. When I got on a door the forklift driver came out and let me know he would be getting me unloaded asap. He did and I was unloaded and out of there in no time. Everyone was friendly and polite as was I. You know most of the time we get what we give. Be nice folks it works out better. Oh I forgot the bonus as you unload on the front side you get a good view of the Birmingham downtown skyline and can watch airplanes take off from the airport across the road. So I gave these folks 5 stars cause they did a good job .

No. Overnight parking. The lot that is next too it is unsecured but it is a very quiet place to rest. Can not deliver on Sundays. Gate open @ 5:30. The staff is nice and friendly. Once you get to the shippers you will turn at the first gate which is YELLOW, go up the hill (which is a little steep) to guard Shack. The guy on duty when I delivered broke my seal, open my doors, and took my load locks off. I had no issues finding the place. There is a store right next to the lot and the people there are nice too. Took me a total of 20 mins to check in back in and deliver. Will deliver again. Oh yea it's no point in calling the number they have nobody answers that's the only bad thing I have to say about this company

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and efficiency including the night shift supervisor Warren rogers security guard and forklift driver. I arrived much earlier than my scheduled appointment, expecting to wait until morning, but they welcomed me and guided me to the dock immediately. They unloaded me right away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. Their exceptional service truly deserves more than five stars. Highly recommend!

I got to the receiving gate unfortunately it was closed thought I was at the wrong gate. Went around the building to the Coca-Cola side a guy had to call and have the gentleman on the other side open the gates. they allowed me to turn around and get back to where I needed to be. it's a little place there is a nice size Hill you have to climb up to get to guard shack . The guy at the guard shack was very pleasant and cordial. in and out of 45 minutes.

Overall, their unload process was pretty well organized. I had a mixed load that took a bit longer,but pretty painless. Dock area is kind of tight but not difficult. I'm pretty sure there is no overnight parking.

Bonus points in the fact that I showed up pretty early for my appointment and they didn't even question it. They checked me right in and got me staged up. Check in and check out was super simple. No real complaints as a trucker.
