Awesome staff! The clerk was nice, All smiles, & Super friendly! You guys couldn’t have picked a better clerk! She is Phenomenal! The fellows in the back were awesome as well! Good company!! Nice people, appointment 7am they open 6am come to the check in door 5:50 , beautiful lady open door 6am and give door 12 (I have only one pallet) and you can unload by yourself, 6:20 good to go 👍🏻good job!! God bless you!!

Train your drivers (license plate 9F74110, 12/01, Los Gatos) how to park while they unload so they won't block parked cars. There is a space to his right, along the curb where he is supposed to park, I guess it's not obvious to him. I spend 15 minutes standing in the rain waiting for the driver to unblock me, and was shocked to hear "I don't care, call the cops"

appointment what time correct call the direct office here

Only receiver time 6 am to 2.30 pm

I made a mistake come here u have to pay lamper fees also

Don't trust pickup TQL load appointment they don't care your time and trouble

Truck drivers: Updated parking lot for easy back up.. park on side of the street go check in. They will call and give you a dock. Go in and go all the way down they have a turn around no more blind side. Checked at 6 out by 8.

All the reviews about their bad drivers are true. Their driver suddenly turned into me without signaling then turned on his signal AFTER already being in the lane LMAO (9KZP358)

All reviews about tight docks and slow unloading are correct. Only correction is , you can pay the lumper fee on your phone using credit card as well. 4 hours to unload a full truck load of single item
