I live in Michigan, and my sister, who lives in Pennsylvania, knows how much I love Blue Cheese. On her last visit, she brought me some from this farm, and WOW—hands down the absolute best Blue Cheese I have ever had! The flavor is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of tang. If you’re a Blue Cheese lover, this is a must-try. I’ll definitely be asking her to bring more on her next visit!

The honey and sea salt fromage is absolutely phenomenal!!! It’s so creamy!! Try it with a graham cracker and your life will be changed forever!! It tastes exactly like a cheesecake… but healthy and fresh ingredients. I want to dip everything in this cheese!!

What a great venue and family! Amazing artisan cheeses and snacks to choose from to accompany Le Garage wines. The music was lovely as well. If you closed your eyes, he sounded like James Taylor. This farm is the Farm of the Year for Chester County! Congratulations Miller Family

I’ve never been a big blue cheese eater before discovering their blue cheese at the pheonixville farmers market. We purchased several types for a cocktail hour we were hosting and the blue cheese blew my mind. My South African neighbor also commented on it and wanted to know where it was from. My absolute favorite is the blue cheese with a fig and chili pepper spread …. Its delightful. I know purchase this at Kimberton Whole Foods!

In the beautiful rolling hills of Birchrunville, West Vincent Township, Birchrun HIlls Farm by far has the best cheeses (and other dairy products) in Chester County (if not the entire state of PA). The Miller's put their heart and soul into their dairy farm, and that is apparent in the quality of their products. Not to mention that they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend visiting their on-site store on a Friday, when they also have local vintner Le Garage Winery selling their award-winning wines, and, when weather permits (and even sometimes when it doesn't permit) live entertainment. They call it, "The Cheesiest Happy Hour", and it's a great time. If you can't make it there, though, do your best to get hold of some of their cheese. Their butter is also the absolute best butter I've had in my life, and I'm old as all get out.

Come here and eat and buy this cheese! Fantastic locally made cheese from wonderful people and happy cows. Had a great tasting, met Sue, saw cheese being made, and bought more to take back home to NYC with us, which we used for a delicious cheese board. Seriously, you won’t regret it if you love cheese!
