Love shopping here. Huge parking lot. Clean store with multiple entrances. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have a great pizza and sandwich stop. Self checkout area with multiple registers if you like avoiding lines. Lots of items other stores don’t carry.

As a frequent visitor to this store, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service of it. The cleanliness of the store is impeccable, with everything always neat and tidy, making it a pleasure to shop here.

One of my favorite things about this store is their "build your own 6-pack" beer option. As a beer lover, this is an absolute dream come true. With so many unique and interesting beers to choose from, I can always find something new and exciting to try. Plus, being able to mix and match my own selection is a fun and enjoyable experience.

Another standout feature of this store is their butcher shop. The meat is always fresh and of the highest quality, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I can always count on finding a great selection of meats, including hard-to-find cuts, and the knowledgeable staff is always happy to provide recommendations or advice.

I was recently at your Big Y in Bethel. This is the 3rd time I have come in and no handicapped scooters were at the entrance way. So I made my way to the front of the store by the registers...2 scooters were there, however BOTH NOT PLUGGED IN, a supervisor and customer service mgr were upfront and couldn't be bothered to plug them in. The 3rd scooter was "gently " plugged in..must have been a short amount of time, but I was able to shop, but by the time I was in the produce section the battery was just about dead. I didn't make it to the check out. There were more customers willing to help me get to the checkout, instead the supervisor and customer service manager were standing around. The front end supervisor a male with black hair. Uncaring, doesn't make eye contact when speaking with you. I told him I was the one who plugged in the other scooters... he just tried making excuses. I just asked to get a cart..get my groceries on the checkout belt..so I could make my way out to my car with my cane. Why is it so difficult to make sure the scooters are charged? Perhaps the store would benefit from having 1 or 2 in reserve that are always charged?

This store is well stocked in every department, and it is very clean. The staff is polite and knowledgeable as to the store's inventory and product location. Most of the products that are on sale are good buys. However, most of the other products in the store are more expensive than their competitors in the area such as Aldi, shoprite, and Costco. With today's inflation you can do better shopping elsewhere.

Great health food section, lots of options for allergies and dietary restrictions. Expensive, but lots of sales. Wonderful pharmacy, never a line, really nice people. The bathrooms here are the cleanest public restrooms I have ever seen!

Big y Stony hill bethel was good, the workers was busy in the store packing things around so that customers to help themselves more easier. The store is nicely arranged. Fresh fruits and vegetables, nice flowers. Their environment clean. Nice place to shop.

The Bakery staff is amazing! They are extremely receptive and they go above and beyond to help. The Paczki donuts are made the way they should be made and filled. They take so much pride in there display case of cakes, pies, and gourmet treats.

My time up at the big Y was a great experience. The people in the surrounding area are very happy Pleasent I even got a pink, exotic Apple from a lady named Joanne. I recommend this place Razziigrows approved.
