Excellent everything! In business for 37+ years and have bought a lot of equipment over the years and have had a very pleasant experience at BMH Equipment. We needed a smaller nimble tractor loader with power and checked out most brands and already have a few. However, we decided on Kioti for the detail in its build, fair price and for the sales person (Mark). Mark was more of an adviser, he handled communication as I asked and needed at the time (By Email, as it was just easier for me at the time.) and we did not get the salesmen approach (no disrespect meant here). He answered our questions and or got the info we needed. And Larry, their head service tech is a wealth of knowledge, he showed me everything I needed to know, very good people here, obviously management is doing a good job here! BMH is not too close to us, BUT very much worth the drive! If anyone wants Knowledgeable friendly staff, good products at a fair price, I highly recommend BMH Farm & Lawn Equipment I don’t believe you can go wrong here! Take Care!

In January I made plans to purchase a Kioti tractor from my local dealer in Myerstown, but (being cautious) I was concerned about future warranty repairs if my local dealer stopped selling Kioti. Subsequently, on 1/13/2021 I visited the only other Kioti dealer in Lebanon County…BHM Farm Equipment…to inquire about potential service/warranty support if it became necessary. The gentleman I spoke with tersely informed me that if I needed him for warranty work, I would be “at the bottom of the list…if he could get to it at all” and stated “my customers are a priority.” Not the neighborly response I had anticipated, but understandable. I then cautiously inquired if I could ask him a few questions about Kioti tractors, at which point he abruptly informed me that since I was not purchasing a tractor from him, he would not be answering any questions. He then stated “ask the other dealer.” I politely concluded our conversation, thanked him for his time, and exited quickly. Needless to say, I was literally dumbfounded…the experience made me rethink the wisdom of buying a Kioti…I bought a John Deere instead. I have reached out to Daedong/Kioti-USA Customer Service to share my experience.

These people are 100% professional.could not find the parts I needed to repair my simplicity tractor here in upstate NY., was told the parts where discontinued (can't get them) asked my phone for Simplicity dealers in Pa. And BHM was the only one I called and they had everything I needed, shipped it out and arrived at my house in 2 day's .... faster than Amazon...thank you all

Ellis is the Best, he is of a dieing breed of man who knows everything about farm equipment. He also is very patient with me when I am trying to explain what part I need. I also think he has a magic parts box, seems to have everything in stock.
