Very friendly staff. Always ready to answer questions.
If you need something not in stock they will special order it.
I go there often. When I purchased my fryer they handled all the rebate paperwork.
When fryer broke under warranty they looked up all the info I needed to get the warranty service. I felt this was important because who truly wants to try and find your paperwork from 8 months earlier?

I continue to be impressed with this team. Last Friday, I had a NO-SHOW by a company that confirmed an appointment to take a look at our commercial oven. In a panic I phoned Best Buy at 4:55pm on a FRIDAY looking for a lifeline as to who might be able to emergency service my oven. Meghan answered the phone and put me in touch with a wonderful company that communicated and showed up. Great service from the ladies working on the floor, one employee offered a suggestion on how to better my project by bringing me her idea to help improve my project, now that's what I call excellent customer service, not to mention the other sales lady who said hello with a warm greeting to me and told me to have a nice day upon me leaving the place of business. For that I gave ☆☆☆☆☆ for the service I received from the ladies working there. I'LL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT SUPPLY STORE ON VARNER RIGHT OFF OF BOB HOPE DR. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I had a problem with shoes I purchased. Some sales person said she would call the company and get back to me on Monday. Monday came and no phone call. Tuesday, I called and was told she was helping a customer and would call me back. I still have not received any response several hours later. Common courtesy to a customer would dictate that you at least return the phone call. NOT GOING BACK !

Best place for cooking or restaurant supplies! I could spend hours here, but you can buzz in for one thing also. I get my knives sharpened here and he does a FABULOUS JOB for $3 each and even comes out and says hi. I paid over twice as much at Ralphs sewing and vacumes and they came back terribly dull. Great customer sevice as well and friendly. They called me when the knives were finished, something the other place didn't do. Highly recommend.
