Extremely slow service. Definitely recommend calling ahead to order. Really needs to leave the door open for picking up call in orders instead of making you walk up to the window while other people are trying to pick up their orders. The ladies are very nice. The breakfast is good but I'm not a fan of their burgers or fries. Everything is also very greasy

I come every month or 2 from England to visit my Mum close by,it's great and the ladies know how to set up everything for her. She loves their tomato gravy and biscuits every morning that I'm in town. They also do a nice greasy grilled cheese. Cheers to each of them.

My main problem is the inside not being open. They take forever to get your food ready. So, I just go elsewhere when there are more than 3 people in the drive thru.

This post might be a little long probably out of the ordinary. I wanted to point out a few things for a little restaurant in a small town with not many places to go I didn't expect the customer service that I received. A little something went wrong with my order although they were extremely busy it wasn't that big of a deal the fact that I got extremely great customer service is in fact a big deal. Even though there was in such a rush at the moment I was there I was taken care of by the assistant manager this little lady was extremely nice and very polite would taking care of my order. As an acting assistant manager she showed great leadership and customer service. Thank you Miss at the Chatham wish I had gotten your name to put in this review. it is because of you and the way you treated me that I was happy to eat my meal there and I will be back very soon..
