Not much going on Thursday night, we came in before movie started. The person at counter was really nice. Place was clean, no complaints.

I just want to give 5 stars to the customer service and the employees here. I stopped by today 4/16 around 4 pm on what is their busiest day and the employees (1 young woman & 3 young men) were so quick, very kind and smiling! It was a great vibe and their positive attitude made my visit amazing. I even saw one of the employees come out and offer ice cream to the property security guards around the store. Incredibly kind of them! It was my first time visiting this location and although the ice cream was free I felt the need to leave them a nice tip in gratitude.

I have tried several times Ben and Jerry's in at other branches but here it was not that good, they did not have my favourite waffle also I did not like the atmosphere and unfortunately, the employees were not that nice with me that I expected. All in all the taste was ok but i won't try again in this branch again

About a year ago, my wife and I were on a movie date and decided to get some ice cream beforehand. The owner or manager happened to be there, and he saw that my wife was pregnant, so he ran back and grabbed a little onesie to give us. Fast forward to today, our little buddy is finally big enough to wear it!

Oh yeah, and the ice cream was amazing as always. 🙂

I rarely write bad reviews but it's required. We went there a few weeks ago and my fiance ordered first-his was made and then I ordered a milkshake. As the milkshake was being made the young man behind the counter acknowledge the milk was chunky and gone bad, but didn't realize until he had already poured it in the blender. He then simply attended to strain the sour milk our of the blender and use the same ice cream that had already been sitting in it. I thought I was seeing things but he went to go pour in fresh milk-I asked him to stop, confirmed what I had seen, and told him he needed to get fresh ice cream as the one he was trying to use had been completely covered in sour milk. He did so and didn't apologize or say much about it. As we walked out, my fiance asked why I took it when he didn't wear gloves while making it...and I simply hadn't noticed as I was shocked about the sour milk.

Beyond the fact that we are in a pandemic, a customer should not have to pay attention to their food being bad. I would have received a sour milkshake had I not been. We also shouldn't have to watch if our food handlers are wearing gloves and washing their hands. I tried calling three times after that and the phone just wrong, so despite being the closest ice cream place to us we will never return there.

A bit hard to find at night if you've never been. Worth the $$. Very delicious ice cream. Friendly service, only downside is I ordered 2 scoops and my scoop sizes didn't match.?Didn't care for the wooden spoons either.

We didnt get her name, but this girl had the best customer service. She was working the floor by herself. She had a family of 10, and then helped us afterwards. She had an awesome attitude- even went out her way to help us with pricing for a cake. She needs a raise! Thank you so much, we will be back.

The store is very clean and always smells like baked goods. I love the workers there, they’re so nice! The manager, Bernard, was welcoming as soon as I walked in. He offered many samples since I’m so indecisive. The other two workers, Olivia and Katie were amazing as well, they were quick to ring up every customer and made sure to keep smiles on their faces. I LOVE THIS BEN & JERRY’S SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
