They have overnight parking as well as restroom in a guards building and easy check in process by QR code. However my 8 am app. Is missed. Now it is 10:30 still waiting for a door assignment. Last screenshot about my canceled load. Second time. 12:03 pm still unloading. Last time it took them 2 and a half hours to unload and 3 hours to count and provide my paperwork. That's how you miss all scheduled pick ups. Checking in and unloading times should be not more that an hour to safe drivers time and use it towards efficiency and speed of delivery. Not for hurry and wait thing. One star only for waisted time. Time is everything.

4am check in. By phone.
Plenty of backing space. Guards and Capstone are nice.
2 to 3 hour wait.
Parking lot turns into a lake though

3. I had app 8 am they give me door 7:30 am
4. They took only 40 min for unloading
5. Pay lumper fee
6. Available good restroom in the security

Arrived here at 2310 the night before my appointment time of 0500 they did call me to a door at about 6:30 AM an hour and a half after my appointment time however they only took about an hour to unload me all in all great experience very friendly people Will gladly deliver here again

The dock employees are notorious load lock thieves. It has happened to me THREE TIMES now! They conveniently "forget" to put them back in your trailer then sell them to others. A friend called me after someone offered to sell him my 2 CLEARLY marked (with my carrier and phone number) load locks just one day after they insisted they couldn't find them. Front office folks didn't care and the Capstone lady said it wasn't her problem. Lumper fees are extremely expensive too, $395 for 4 pallets. I HATE THIEVES and I always dread coming here because of it!

If you have lumper, it's capstone and they slow AS ALWAYS!!!!!! Get rid of them!! We got unloaded really quick, half of a trailer full..and it's taking them FOREVER to count!!! 1 star for O/N parking...second star for unloading, and the third star for friendly receiver office..but CAPSTONE DON'T DESERVE NOT ONE STAR!!!

Don't know about this spot, but one of the forklift workers walks outside to look at the trks and spitting all over the place and hops up, and goes back inside. No paperwork lumper fee has been paid and hr ago. The capstone guy was taken is on sweet time getting the paperwork ready it's gotta be a way to speed things up they are too slow. Can u say half of ?.

Stay away from tis place
Workers are lazy. It took 4 hours to unload 6 pallets and they changed 340$.
They should start paying to the drivers that lumper fee.
