I visited the Location in New Brockton, AL to deliver my load and let me tell you the customer service there is phenomenal! Sue was the Guard that checked me in and she deserves whatever award it is to have from the experience she created with every driver she encountered. She was very respectful, smooth and fast transition, and informative. Any driver that visits this location you won’t be disappointed.

They only receive between the hours of 0500 and 1100. Was at the window by 0530 in door by 0600, unloaded by by 0630 and out of there by 0730. Not bad in my book. Then again only had 4 pallets. They have overnight parking, GPS takes you to wrong place, they’re off of 84. If you sleep the marathon, make a right on to 84, 1/2 mile on the tight. FYI

I Just came in appointment at 9:00 AM and I was coming at 8:50 AM ahead of Time. They put me dock and I almost there 5hrs. I was cancelled my next load because of late holding into the dock. Very bad service and careless about the driver.

Be aware! If you expecting to pick up a load after your delivery it’s not gonna happen. My delivery was at 6:00am by appointment I arrived at 6:00am with 6 pallets took about a hour to unload and sat on a green light waiting on lumper fee and paperwork for 4 hours! It’s now 10:00am. Ridiculous!

As a truck driver you enter off US 84 just east of county road 516. GPS didn't find address I had.
Staging area. Talk to guard. 20 minute check in. They assign you a dock and you back in / check that you are there. Got assigned a dock with a driver in it. Moved me to a dock with a dropped trailer. Finally asked me to tell them what docks were open. 9am appt. Arrived 8:45am. Haven't touched my trailer and it's 10am. Easy to back in. Huge lot. Huge staging / parking area for breaks / overnight. Not a fan of wait time. Also it's lumper unload. Three trucks have come in in the last hour but not one has left yet.

A lot of good things could be said about this newer location, but they’ve really dropped the ball on what matters. Access is off of US-84 and CR-516. First off, there is a large area for overnight parking prior to the guard shack. Park there for checkin also and walk to the shack. Have your PO, CDL and a pic of the seal. Was assigned a dock in short time. Put your paperwork bundle from the guard in your wagon. The lumpers, although exuberantly priced, had me unloaded in 10 minutes. The real problem here is the receivers! It should not take 3+ hours to count 50 cases. This is total disrespect towards drivers.
