I should’ve reviewed this establishment back in 2023 when I made my first purchase of a 1/2 cow. My friend and I split the cow before and now we just placed our second order that will be ready in a few months. If I could give this place 10 stars I would and the reason why is the quality of the meat and the customer service of the owner I believe his name is Stefan. I hadn’t ordered in bulk in awhile so I had forgotten how to complete the butcher instruction sheet so that my friend and I each got the items we want in our 100 pounds of meat so I called for assistance and Stefan greets you with a pleasant welcome as if you are his only customer waiting that needs assistance. He explained the processed and not once did I feel like I was being “rushed” off the phone as most companies handle their customers these days. This is what keeps my friend and I coming back. Next let’s discuss the packaging your share comes in. Everything is very neat it is freezer packed and nicely labeled. You can tell this task is done with love. Although this location is far away from me I will continue to support this business due to their A+ quality in their meat and customer service. I hope they never stop shipping to my state. The only request to make things even better is to have lamb options because we are a non-pork household. If you are reading my review I highly recommend you try Beaver Brook Ranch.

After ordering my grass fed beef online from another company for the past 2yrs. I decide it was time to buy in bulk! What an incredible experience working with Beaver Brook, Stefan and his dad. From the moment I submitted my order online and the process was so simple and they give you so many options to choose from. Between the emails, text messages I LOVED THE transparency!!! A phenomenal operation raising fantastic animals humanely and with care for every aspect of the process. Beaver Brook Ranch is simply the best animal protein you can get in this area. Pork, turkey, beef--it is all excellent, every time. A while back, I found a neglected cut of beef hiding in the bottom corner of our freezer. Three years old, yet so well-packaged that it tasted just as good as day one. Worth every cent, every time.

Excellent produce from an incredible family. Love that the sausages and bacon are sugar free. It’s also great that there are no nitrates in the bacon. The quality of the produce is exceptional. I’ve been ordering from Beaver Brook Ranch for 3 years now. Am delighted that there are more choices for individual cuts these days.

Great beef! It’s soo good and fresh that I often eat it raw! Also prices are great, even on organ meats.
Already placed a second order for 1/4 cow and keep buying things here and there. Shipping that they offer is great but I do recommend to make an in-person visit for getting additional things.
Meat that you buy in whole foods for double the price does not come close to what these guys sell! Also love the sales, hope more are coming soon. Last Black Friday I stuffed my freezer with lots of meats ❤️

Everything u get is just quite simply the best! The meat is absolutely top quality, the farm is spotless. We 1st visited the farm before becoming a customer, I wish all animals were raised the way they do it, just a timeless humane practice of raising. We've been buying/sharing whole cows and pigs with our friends for years now, we all can't say enough good about this farm. We're all due for another round which reminded me that I should have 5 star reviewed this amazing farm along time ago. They are a role model in natural/farming practice

I didn’t want to come here and say how ecstatic I am with my 1/4 share delivery because I don’t want the company to be overwhelmed with new business and driving the price up! I was hesitant to make this purchase but I am beyond happy with the communication, the way it was packed, and most importantly the quality of the meat!! I’m on the carnivore diet so meat is a daily thing for me! If the quality and price maintain, then they have earned a client for life.

Great beef and pork. On my 3rd order now and think it may be time for a 1/2 cow. Exceptional quality, packaging and of course taste. I believe Happy Cows taste best, these are some happy, well treated cows and pigs. Can't recommend them enough.
