Lauren, the cake decorator is literally the sweetest, most talented person ever. My son drew a picture of a cake he wanted (from his imagination) and she brought it to life! I am going to for sure use her for all of our future parties!!

The workers were rude, and extremely sassy. You literally get paid to give customers service. It shouldn’t be hard. Tristan and Joselyn I hope you guys give better customer service. Especially since I was being nice up until you guys started being rude.

I ordered a graduation themed ice cream cake four days before graduation. The staff at Baskin, Cottonwood location were so helpful. I believe the cake decorators name is Lauren and they did an amazing job. I bought the 9" round. It served 12 guests and we had cake leftover. Amazing service, great quality and affordable. Highly recommend.

Much better with new management! The middle aged man that was apparently the old “manager” helped the other workers mug me ? I was a kid then so I only had $10 bucks but they still stole it from me. (And no I’m not talking about “getting a refund”, I was literally mugged and they ran.)

But there’s a bunch of nice younger people now 🙂 awesome service now! I’m guessing old guy was fired (as he should have)

Ordered a birthday cake online but decorater was out w/covid. Would've been a bummer but BR made it right w/o having to be asked. When I went in to pick out another cake the person who helped me was friendly & helpful. Love the ice cream cakes & always order them for b-days. Prices are reasonable & I've never been disappointed in the quality.

It is 8:23 pm and Baskin Robbins is supposed to be open until 9:00 pm. Went inside and waited for over 5 minutes for service. Nothing. But wait, look who is sitting outside at a table, the employees, who were supposed to be inside helping customers. We got in the car and left, the employees said nothing to us and let us leave. No stars would have been a generious review.

I am visiting from out of town and my daughters only wish for her 13th birthday was to have a frozen yogurt cake. It is difficult to find frozen yogurt, but Lauren at Baskin Robbins was able to do it for us. Not only did she cater to our needs of frozen yogurt, but she also perfected every specific request that my daughter made. She created the perfect cake and my daughter said thanks to Lauren she had the best birthday. Lauren is not only a talented and skilled cake decorator, she is also so personable and friendly. Wanted to thank Lauren (cake decorator) for doing such and amazing job on my son's birthday cake! Not only did she do an amazing job, she called me on her day off to get details on how she could make the cake personalized for his special day. I highly recommend their yummy cakes! Wish I could post a photo of the cake!
