These guys are usually pretty friendly and easy going. No overnight parking, but timely loading and load up your truck with good weight distribution. The only complaint I have is having to run the reefer at 35 continuous for product that goes on the shelf dry. Sweet baby rays BBQ sauce doesn't need refrigeration yet they made me do it. Load did not pay well for what they required.

Take this way to head back , I wouldn’t recommend a U-turn ,, it’s kinda tight to take the little highway to head back but is doable just be careful an be patient is much better then taking the U-turn .. I smart truck route to get here that’s how I manage a safe turn around ,, just add couple more minutes .. they have easy back in ,,, I came early from appointment they loaded later but don’t matter better then being looking for a spot to park …

Great experience. Check in Sunday morning before my appointment in and out in less than two hours. Staff was helpful and friendly

Arrived at 08:57 to pick up a load. Load was not scheduled to pick up until 18:30.
Got a door and backed in. Loaded and left at 15:49.
Friendly guard and office staff.
No overnight parking.
Room for backing and maneuvering.
Restrooms in shipping/receiving office.

Waited 9 hours to get loaded and went in to get my paperwork. I asked if I could just hang out on the yard for another hour to finish my break since I had been there so long. I was about out of time at this point. Was told no I am loaded and I have to leave. My delivery was 8 hours away, and on the split, I got 6 hours back. I told them if I could wait another hour, I'd have no problem making my appointment in 12 hours.
Nope, leave the property drive the time I had remaining and take a 10 hour break to end up a couple (6) hours late.
Because I could not stay in their empty lot for less than what would have been under an hour at this point.
I could see if it was busy or a small filled parking lot but it was neither.

Easy to find, don't let some of reviews fool you, the location is on the west side but you can see it when traveling east and know you just turn around and go west to enter, large location, easy to navigate the site, they're not the fastest loading but surely not the slowest, from the guard, to the shipping and receiving office everything is simple and easy, just be patient as they have a lot of business going on here, no overnight parking but guard sheet gives you truck stop location about 10 miles away
