We drive four hours to come here to get supplies for our restaurant! We’ve been coming here for years! Great quality in their products and the customer service is amazing! I have to say, We love to Tuesdee as our sales rep, she’s very friendly and takes good care of us 🙂

This place is pathetic, they make you wait an absurd time for a small pick up order that's been placed early in the morning, you go to pick it up and your looking at the two front receptionists, they don't say Hello or welcome. They look at you like a cow looking into headlights. You finally get the invoice after putting up with the people at the front desk, and have to take it to these lazy Incompentent dock workers who try to run around the corner like they were busy (not knowing i don't care and followed him) he got caught off guard and had to get my order.
So if you need anything from this company my words to you are 'Good Luck'.

The Restaurant Source has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They are very helpful at time of purchase, but they wash their hands when a problem comes up. They act in bad faith and are not interested in resolving consumer complaints.
I bought a brand new Arctic freezer from them, which was delivered by SAIA. The freezer came damaged inside the crate, with 2 huge dents. I immediately called Restaurant Source and they told me to file a claim with SAIA. SAIA also washed their hands and my problem was never solved. I tried the management team with Restaurant Source and they also ignored my complaint. I now have a brand new freezer that is damaged and it is not worth what I paid for it.

Just returned from here buying 3 wire shelves. I didn't realize it, but what should have been a $58.50 order cost me $88+. I could have had the order shipped for $14 and would have come out $16 ahead!

Fail. Won't shop here again.

Sales follow through is laughable. They usually blame their supplier or circumstances. It would have been forgivable if someone bothered to keep the client in the loop about the possible delays.
