My husband and I love going here! The beef sticks, the Canadian bacon, the smoked chops were so worth stopping in! Best bratwurst we've ever had! So glad we stopped in!

The best meat market around. You can order custom cuts. Whole sides. Whole roasters. Trimmed specialty cuts. Bones for broth. Cut bones for marrow. Dog treats. Snack sticks. You name it. A vegans worst nightmare. They run a solid business. Plenty of inventory anytime especially around the holidays. They are fairly priced. If you buy your steak at GE do yourself a favor and get a real piece of beef for dinner and stop in Bardine’s.

Bardines is amazing! I've gotten a side of beef and pork from them, and their products are always great. The ground beef is flavorful and has virtually no fat. The steaks, roasts, and sausages always turn out perfect. 17/10 i highly recommend Bardines.

Stop there once a month. Great selections of meat . Some items are a little pricey but worth it. They have won many awards and have them mounted on the walls. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend you stop there if your in the area.

Best place to shop for meats… unbelievably great hot dogs, jack and jill kabassi is a must have.. homemade hot and mild sausage great for making sauce and for all your rice dishes… I highly recommended

Supporting your local farmers is the right thing to do.
They are local and will be glad to tell you how they do it.
Won't go anywhere else for my products.
Suggest educating yourself and finding out the healh and safety you are saving.
I won't mention how well they can now compete with foreign markets.
You'd be very uninformed to try anywhere else.

Best Butchers around. Fantastic products from the jerky to the salami and prosciutto. Very fresh beautiful steaks and chops as well. One of those rare businesses that deserve the Moniker Institution
