Unfortunately, the forklift driver showed clear favoritism by loading his friends’ trucks first while others, including myself, had to wait for over five hours. This unprofessional behavior caused unnecessary delays and inefficiencies in the loading process. Fairness and equal treatment are essential in a well-run operation, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more professional and timely service for all drivers. Exclude the red local company trucks. He favoritism for OTR truckers.

It is first come first serve place even if you have appointment they open at 7:30 need to check in on tablet just entering shipping office and wait for text for the dock trailer must be clean they do have broom on waiting area they load there company trucks first even if you are on dock. Dock 1 and 5 is reserved for there company trucks

No point of getting there early you can check in early. It’s all computerized and you’ll get a text when you get a door. Make sure your trailer is clean according to my experience it’s not first come first serve (TA truckstop is only a mile away)

Guys be aware about coming here to pick up the load. I have been here since 11 am and it’s already 10:10 pm and still waiting for the call to get the dock# and the worst thing is that their local driver get the door anytime they come and we have to wait for hours to get door. I would suggest all to avoid this place. My worst experience so far 😏

Notice how the poor reviews are mostly people who can’t follow simple instructions. I witnessed several drivers checking in and completely clueless.

Been here twice , easy check in process, quick dock door assigned, quick load and on my way within an hour. Check in on tablet and know your load number and ship to zip code—B A S I C ! ! !

Pretty freak’n simple process. Guess it takes reading AND comprehending ENGLISH. Which to my knowledge IS CERTAINLY A REQUIREMENT TO POSSESS A CDL A LICENSE IN ALL STATES IN THE U.S.A.!!!

Those of you posting novels demanding to be respected as a truck driver definitely display a pitiful level of “entitlement”. Nah bro, that shit is earned. Trucker or not. Get what you give.

Very cooperating staff I reach 12 hours before my pickup that time there is no truck to load and they load me before my appointment nice parking place also available for waiting

Picked up load 2 to 3 hrs waiting time. sometime 5 hrs. Gross weight about 8000 LBS. Trailer must be clean and dry. Make sure your log book have more hours .No overnight parking just portable restroom.
