My appointment was for 1300. I arrived at 1130. Don't stop at the call box, just drive around to check in at the building. Had to wait about 30 minutes to check in as there were several other drivers before me. Once checked in, pull around to park and they will call you with a door number. Have a clean trailer, Slide tandems and chock your wheels. Red light green light. I was loaded by 1330. Once you get the green light go back to the office for paperwork and seal. I was out by 1345. Not 100% on overnight parking but it looks like you could just park where the drivers stage for loading, as some loads take significantly longer than others based on other reviews and there is no gate. There is a bathroom at check in. Employees seem nice and professional. This is not where you come if you're in a rush or have an attitude.

To all outside carriers I know when you book your load it never tells you where you're going but as soon as you get the rate confirmation cancel you have 2 hours before your broker can retaliate. If you ignore this post and come here I promise you will regret this.

This place, in my humble opinion, deserves no star at all. If you wish to do a layover and screwup your logbook, then this is the place for Pickup. This is not the first time I have been here. Several times, and it's the same result. My fellow truck drivers share the same sentiments as well. In all these years, this management has learned nothing.

PICKUP )You can stop at the intercom if you like but it's not needed as all they do is tell you to come to the office to check in.

The east side of the building and parked on the side, then walk to office located on the south east corner of the building by where blue dot is on my Pic.

Decent amount of time to load as it's mostly just skids of empty cans and that's mostly what they load.

If possible clean your trailer real good food grade level as otherwise they will reject your trailer. They don't load roll up doors or trailers with wood walls either.

Decent space to back in, ok people at shipp office.

2 stars off cus they DO NOT have overnight parking anymore.

Worst place to load. Really, I don't know how this people are still in business. They will send you straight to a door but you will get splinters in your arse by the time you're loaded. It will take a minimum 6 hours to load the trailer. If you arrive here and get loaded in a decent amount of time is because at least three drivers before you prefer to leave empty from here.

Will load you early. For example I was loaded 8 hours before my appt. Staff is professional and courteous. Provides overnight parking. A bit slow with loading but since they load early I'm ok with that. Thank you!

This location is worst. I was here 4 hour early they did not check in me.. that is completely fine.my appointment is 2 pm i went to receiving office hour early he did not check me in they said i had to come sharp 2 pm in a rude way. Then i came back again sharp 2 pm checked me in. Its more then hour i am at dock door. They haven’t start. This is worst worst place they kill driver time. I dont have any word to say. Good luck all driver .. dont come to this location. I will not come.. dont know how long it will take..

When you arrive DONT STOP AT CALL BOX....go around building to RECEIVING SIGN. then park truck enter office...you need a #9...7 digits to get loaded.....clean toilets at receiving.....min 2 hrs waiting to get loaded...or more...good luck
