Keily at window 2 was compassionate, efficient, and helpful, given I was transferring titles due to my husband's death.
However, the woman helping with Driver's licenses was rude and unprofessional. As I was waiting for my # to be called, she came of the her office and told everyone to "scooch" up in the line, "scooch, scooch, scooch!" Clients were blocking her door. She said, "Let's go! Move, move!" Perhaps she's forgotten or doesn't even know she works for us, we don't work for her. She could have said, please don't block the door or can you please move up. Very disrespectful! Your typical DMV employee experience. Keily, however, was exceptional!

Best experience in a DMV ever. This office has it together! They have streamlined the process, everything is so clean and the employees are pleasant and actually seem happy to do their job. Officer Hicks helped with getting my son his permit and what a gem! She is now family. In and out in under 45 minutes. All smiles. 5 ⭐️’s

Stops taking customers at 2:30

Have been there at 9 am and at 3:30 pm and been turned away both times. If they want us to have our paperwork up to date something needs to change with their system/hours

Been Car Dealer for 30 years. I am currently at Florida Dealer and had to come to Foley DMV to register a vehicle for out of country military customer. Called ahead of time spoke with Michaela and was also helped by Lindsay. I’m absolutely amazing on the phone experience made sure I had everything I needed to register the car for the customer. Then when I got here had Shelby being trained by Sara they were absolutely amazing. Never thought Dmv could treat people so nicely such an amazing experience and I’ve been going to the DMV for 30 years. Best experience in 30 years !!
