Our first cake order with Pam was last year for my daughters 5th birthday. I reached out to her after a quick Google search for a cake baker near me. I knew I needed to order a Minnie/Mickey & Friends Luau/Hawaiian themed cake/cupcakes but Pam was able to help me talk through all the specifics for style/colors/flavor/inspo pics and ultimately I was able to decide on a 4 layer cake with 18 cakepops.
The flavor was great (strawberry) and the decorations on the cake and cakepops were exactly as we discussed. Pam was professional, prompt with her responses and had great communication all throughout our contact. We are looking forward to having her make my daughters cake again this year.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any of your cake needs! Pam was fantastic! We are located in Oklahoma but had a beach wedding in Fort Morgan,Al last month. Pam made communicating and planning so easy on us. The cake she made for us was absolutely perfect and tasted amazing as well! On top of everything she delivered the cake, set it all up, added the flowers we brought with us. It was picture perfect! Thank you for helping make our wedding day so perfect!!

Owner Pam, is remarkable! The most delicious Cakery I've tasted in a long time. Her icing is phenomenal and the cake is so moist and stays that way for days and days (if there are left overs!) She's very humble, easy going and a good listener. Her prices are very good considering the area and the gourmet taste. I've grown up in Mobile AL and have lived in Baldwin County for at least 9 years. I've tasted the "best" in Mobile and Baldwin County. Bakers By The Bay tops them all. This is no exaggerated experience. I've used her 3 times this Spring 2021. Her story is really cool as well. She's been using her Grandmother's homemade recipes for icing and the cake part.
How wonderful and privileged you will feel when tasting this timeless old recipe that hits a home run at a party anywhere!

Pam provided a cake for my wife's 75th birthday celebration. We are from out of town so Pam coordinated with me by phone, email and txt. Pam was great to work with she provided a wonderful cake that all of our guest enjoyed. I highly recommend her cakes.
