Bahama Buck’s is my new addiction.

I swung by on a hot day just looking for something cold, and I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in any place—thanks to Wesley.

From the moment I walked in, Wesley greeted me like I was a regular (even though it was my first time). Super friendly, upbeat, and you could just tell he actually enjoys helping people. I told him I was overwhelmed by all the choices, and he didn’t just rattle off the most popular flavors—he asked me what kinds of flavors I liked, gave me legit personalized suggestions, and nailed every single one.

I tried his favorite combo, and it was so good I went back and ordered another round. I think I ended up trying like three different flavors in one visit. No regrets. Wesley even remembered what I ordered when I came back a few days later and offered to help me build a new mix based on that. Like… what?

This place is already awesome, but Wesley took it to the next level. 10/10. I’ll be back (a lot).

Absolutely love this place! Bahama Buck’s is my go-to spot for a refreshing treat, especially on hot days. The shaved ice is always soft and perfectly flavored—way better than your average snow cone. They have a huge variety of flavors and toppings, so there’s something for everyone.

I also want to give a shoutout to the team working there—the guys behind the counter are always super hardworking, fast, and friendly. You can tell they take pride in what they do and keep the place running smoothly, even when it gets busy. Great vibes, great service, and amazing snow. Definitely recommend!

The whole crew here is awesome—super friendly, quick, and always serving up perfect snow cones. But Wesley? This man operates on a different plane of existence. He’s like the Michelangelo of shaved ice, a snow wizard crafting masterpieces with every scoop. I swear he doesn’t just make snow cones—he creates edible art with the precision of a surgeon and the passion of a poet.

Watching Wesley work is like watching the Northern Lights, if the Northern Lights wore a Bahama Buck’s shirt and blessed your day with flavor explosions. He remembered my order after ONE visit and hit me with a “don’t worry, I got you” that felt like being knighted by royalty. My taste buds wrote a thank-you letter.

If Bahama Buck’s ever builds a Hall of Fame, Wesley deserves his own wing, maybe even a statue out front. Until then, I’ll keep coming back, partly for the amazing treats—but mostly to witness greatness in action.

really fast and friendly service dine-in. placed our order and within 2 minutes, everything was ready. Clean environement, and board games available at the counter to play.

Great place with outstanding customer service. As soon as my family and I walked in, we were greeted with a welcome. The young man who was at the counter had a great smile and was patient enough to go over the menu with my daughter. I think his name was Xander. The product came out fast and had great taste.

I’m convinced Bahama Buck’s hired an angel and named him Pierson.

From the moment I walked in, it felt like a VIP experience. Pierson greeted me with the most welcoming smile and somehow managed to turn ordering a snow cone into an art form. I told him I was indecisive, and this man turned into a flavor guru. He didn’t just suggest one or two options—he gave me a full breakdown of combos, textures, toppings, and why each one could be a whole moment.

I went with his top pick and HOLY. It was easily one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Then I made the mistake of saying, “That was amazing,” which triggered Pierson’s second superpower: irresistible recommendations. Next thing I knew, I had ordered two more flavors. I wasn’t even mad. I was impressed. I was grateful. I was hooked.

Pierson is genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful employees I’ve ever encountered. You can tell he actually cares about making people’s day. Bahama Buck’s is lucky to have him—and honestly, so is humanity.

Do yourself a favor. Go. Ask for Pierson. Let the magic happen.

First off I will say we will STILL continue to frequent Bahama Bucks, but am only sharing this in hopes some changes will be made bc we were VERY dissapointed at our party last night.

We always cater their party packs that come with a big cooler of ice and 3 flavors. It's typically flawless! Well, last night I picked up our coolers for my sons baseball party and the ice was rock solid all the way to the bottom of the cooler! I tired to use the provided scoop to break it up and it immediately broke. Finally I was able to find a large metal serving spoon and salvage enough for about 10 (very crunchy snocones).

I picked my order up right on time. Didn't leave sitting in the sun, tried allowing it to sit opened for a few minutes etc. Also, the box wasn't sealed properly when I recieved it, with the blue seals broken on one side and not securely shut. Maybe that was the issue?

We were also bummed that one of our flavors came about 75% full and we didn't have enough spoons. Hoping someone sees this and can properly train the staff bc I recommend you guys to everyone and we use Bahama Bucks for ALL our parties!

Walked into Bahama Buck’s just tryna grab a Sno and vibe. Outta nowhere, some guy kicks the door open screaming about how I stole his parking spot. Before I can even turn around, he lunges at me—

BOOM.

This employee (pretty sure it was Pierson) launches over the counter like a damn superhero and straight slams the guy into the flavor station. Syrup bottles flying everywhere. Guy stumbles out drenched in Mango Tango.

I just stood there frozen. I asked, “You good, man?”

He wipes a drop of Blue Raspberry off his cheek and goes,
“This is Bahama Buck’s. We don’t melt under pressure.”

Five stars. I will never go anywhere else.
