This review is long overdue since we got our beloved cockapoo here back in 2006. But I want to warn others about this breeder. Within the first week of bringing him home, he became very lethargic. That's when we discovered that he had worms and a very bad flea infestation. It was heartbreaking to learn that his breeders kept their dogs in such terrible conditions.

This is a farm where you can choose your own animal and wait while it is prepared for you. Large selection of animals including beef, goats, lambs, cockerels, ducks and more. Experienced butcher cuts your meat for you as you want it. Reasonable prices. If you can't find the meat you're looking for, check with AVF!

I purchased a female Doberman in September of 2014, she was the last one in her litter. Her ‘selling point’ was that her ears were already cropped. My family came with me, and my brother ended up adopting her brother a month younger from another litter. He only weighed 5 pounds at three months old, the vet didn’t even think he was going to make it he was so emaciated. In the first year of Dixie’s life, we were probably at the vet ATLEAST twice a month, and I spent over $5000 in vet bills the FIRST year I had her. Dixie’s ears were butchered, being held up by electrical tape and paper towels.. Her ears were SO infected, the vet was considering amputation. My sweet girl has the worst anxiety to the point where she has to be medicated, which is understandable considering the first few months of her life. She is a perfectly healthy baby now, and her brother Deklan ended up being a stealthy 90+ pounds until he passed away with cancer last fall. Please reconsider if you’re thinking about buying a dog from Autumn View Farm!

Alert!! Alert!! Alert!! Hello everyone. Greetings to all. Today we went to this farm to slaughter six Muslim cows. We saw two pigs being burned and taken to a machine for cutting. Then we were surprised to see it, we were supposed to slaughter a cow and bring it but we saw this situation and said we are going to kill your cows. Please don’t go there and please make sure about pigs

DO NOT BUY THEIR DOGS. The Doberman we bought had mange and spent $1,000.00 for dermatologist. Infected 3 other pets and 2 people. Poor hygiene for their entire farm. Just found out my dog has 2 genetic markers for cardiomyopathy and 1 for Von Willebrand's disease. Now he'll be seeing a cardiologist. 🙁

This review is in regard to the Doberman puppy breeding only. We originally were told there were 5 Doberman puppy females available, so we went to the farm to see them. We were told puppies were picked on a first come first serve basis. We were the 4th people to put down a Doberman, so we would get 4th pick of the litter when they were available. When we came back weeks later (puppies were 9 weeks old when we were allowed to pick up) their condition had greatly deteriorated. The mom looked as if she had mange, the puppies were COVERED in flees. We never saw their living conditions, but did see that they were kept in a barn outside. Once we got our girl to the vet, she was in very bad shape. She had a bacterial skin infection, mange, swollen lymph nodes, among other things. Thus, we were not able to get her ears cropped because she was too ill to go under anesthesia. We were finally able to get her ears done at almost 12 weeks which was a much longer more complicated recovery (and far more expensive). We have spent so much money on getting her healthy. Her tail crop was done very poorly and is far too long for the standard crop, so it looks a little silly. She really is such a great dog, and she is very sweet which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of one. That being said, her anxiety is absolutely horrible and we’ve been told it is likely due to bad breeding. She is beautiful now that she is healthy and is fitting into our family just perfectly (after spending thousands on training for her anxiety). But, if you think you’re going to save money by going here, I promise you will end up spending way more than if you were going to a reputable breeder.

I would not buy Dobermans from here, my pup was so sick when i got him, to the point of the vet saying they didnt think he was going to make it. 2k+ dollars later he made it thank God. He had ear and skin mites, worms and was severely malnurished. I miss him everyday as he was taken from me about 6 months ago from Cancer.

I can't believe this ratings, I had a very good experience 5 years ago so on 8/9/2020 i decided to travel to this farm after being told i can come down when i called 8/8/2020. When i got to the farm was told the farm was not open despite that their website states that they are open 9-3pm. By the way drove 2 hours . will be going back to Richie Farms
