Come here at your own risk. My experience: I arrived for pickup 30 minutes before 13:00 apt. Easy to find. Well designed facility for easy backing. They'll want your reefer at 34⁰, keep doors closed as they open inside the building, slide tandems, and have load locks in the trailer. They will inspect for cleanliness at the gate. Park on your assigned door. The check-in office is beside door E1. They'll bring your bol when ready. Seals are checked while exiting. /// I told them at check-in that 44k sounded heavy for me. They said if it's heavy, I would need to bring the scale ticket. I was 3k over and running on quarter tanks. At the second check-in, she said she'd have to get approval from customer service to remove 4k. It's now 18:00, and I've been on dock for rework for 1.5 hours, and the light is still green. If they don't remove 4k, I'll be back for a 2nd rework. I won't run 1900 miles on quarter tanks or run over 80k.
