Follow the drawings Cesar Gonzalez posted. We were able to find overnight parking but it'd not guaranteed. We had a 10 am appointment but they did take us in early and got done around our appointment time. It's a bit tight but if you follow the drawing you should be ok

Directions say to place pizza directly on oven rack. DO NOT DO THIS!!! Pizza crust started to fall through rack and cheese and sauce went everywhere. Now we have no lunch and I have to clean my oven! Since we bought a 3 pack I will try it using a pizza stone but from the other reviews it doesn't sound promising! A waste of time, money and a mess to clean up!

My appointment at 6pm, arrived around 11am and then was told you are too early and you need to arrive an hour before you apply because there is no parking or overnight parking and people are working very slowly.
5-7 hours waiting and loading, avoid this place

Very tight pull in tru first entrance and trucks park in middle smh 🤦 long wait if going north on I93 take 43b if going south 43A then follow picture route 🤷🏻🤷🏻 check in in small door between dock 3 &4 ring bell someone will come out

This company never addresses its customers questions.
Our local Market Basket carried their frozen dinners but not anymore obviously due to their inability to address customer complaints.
Purchased 2 different frozen products and totally disappointed. Cooking directions are bad and after way more time totally disappointed with product and couldn't eat. Contacted the company 3+ times via email to someone named Mouri and never got any response. We expected some company response but nothing.

I am not one to buy "food Kits", my wife bought this at Publix.it was the Tuscan Kitchen Rigatoni Bolognese. The pasta was old, there was an 1/2 oz of meat, (that is less than half a shot glass) no sauce to speak of. Absolute garbage for $8.00. I wouldnt serve this at a homeless shelter because I would be embarrased.
Here is the real kicker....no customer service phone number, no email adress and the package is covered so you cant see in it.
I understand that Joe Faro is the owner, well Joe you should try to stomach this stuff, shamefull.

Beyond disappointed with the 3 cheese self rising pizza. First and foremost the crust never rose. The dough wasn’t cooked throughly. It’s gummy and taste of raw dough. The first pizza I followed the directions on the box. Huge mistake. The pizza stuck to my oven racks. I had to scrap melted cheese from the racks and from the bottom of my oven. So okay, I grab my round pizza pan thinking the result would be better. WRONG!! The crust is raw as I stated above. I let the pizza cook per the instructions on the box. I now cut the pizza and guess what? ITS NOW STUCK TO MY PIZZA PAN. ITS NOT EDIBLE!!! If I served this we would be eating cheese, sauce and raw dough. Never again!!! Throw the whole
company away!!! If you see this brand RUN!!!!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars. This pizza is worst than Little Caesars!!!! 🤮🤢

I had the spinach ricotta ravioli. It was supposed to be in an Alfredo sauce. Absolutely no flavor, it was barely a white sauce and calling it that is being generous! Very disappointing, I will not bother trying anything else.
