Have always loved their products until recently. Their Queso Cotija, has dramatically changed in texture and flavor. It’s not dry anymore and is missing their original flavor. We use this cheese for many occasions.

I have used the cotija cheese for many years, but I'm very disappointed lately because the taste and the texture in the cheese has been chanched dramatically. Instead cotija cheese, the cheese looks like and taste like mozzarella cheese.
