It's good when they actually have the loaded trailers ready but seems to be more common drop n hook is iffy here and if you have to wait some of them might care but today it seems like not one person here really cares about anything I got here around 10am its now almost 1700 and my trailer is still locked no sign of anyone with paperwork or to unlock my trailer.

I got here to pickup a preloaded trailer. The trailer was not loaded. People act like truckers are the enemy and don’t care about whether they do their job. I was eventually put in a door but was told it will be hours before I will be loaded. I guess I will be spending the day here.

Terrible service, super slow. I waited 5 hours to unload 4 pallets. Other drivers waited longer than me, this is a lack of respect for the driver.

I’ve used Ardent Mills for a year now and not impressed with there communication. I love supporting local, but won’t support these losers anymore. My Sysco rep has tried to get through to them, as well as myself. If you have any new product info. don’t bother. They will not get back to you. Too bad too since I’m just about to start my wholesale campaign ordering stacks of flour. I’ll be giving another company my business who actually cares about customers. Their flour is just ok, so I’d recommend inquiring with Shamrock, US Foods, or What Chefs Want! Ardent Mills DOES NOT exceed and expectations.
