A great little farm to glass distillery near Eielson Air Force Base. They grow and malt their own barley, wheat and rye folks—no one else does that in Alaska!! I’ve easily been here more than any distillery on planet Earth, and I’ve been to quite a few. My only complaint is they aren’t open more:)

They have a variety of farm distilled spirits for sale, which make great gifts, and a very creative menu of delicious cocktails! We found the tour to be quite informative and the owners to be very inviting. It’s a pretty drive to the farm/distillery and we always enjoy our visits.

What can I say, this is a gem off the beaten path. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are delicious. Recommend the Mule and the Colada. Two drink max since this is a distillery. They have their products for sale to take with you as well. Let me talk about the tasteless Vodka, not sure how much they run it through the still, but not a hint of taste in their mixed drinks. Makes the drinks cool and refreshing without the taste of alcohol. We were fortunate enough to visit when a food truck Corn Diggity Dog was there. They have a honey jalapeño corn dog that is to die for. I haven't seen them on Google maps, but they have a Facebook page that you can view to see where they located for the day.

So let's talk about the layout, there is a climate controlled tasting room, chairs and multiple fire pits outside, wood to burn on cooler days, an absolutely amazing corn maze, and vegetables and flowers growing all around. They are located 5.2 miles off the main highway, and parking is very easy.

They are located minutes from Eielson AFB and about a 15 minute drive from North Pole proper. Dog friendly, we're 3 pups with customers while we were there. Highly recommend you add this to your "must see" while visiting interior Alaska. Check their Facebook page for hours and food trucks onsite.

Beautiful farm. Enjoyed the corn maze. Many people were enjoying the cocktails. I don’t really care for the taste of any liquor so I can’t really comment on that but I did like the little souvenir shop inside.

Great people and fantastic drinks! The Google maps directions will leave you short of the driveway though. Make sure you keep going to the big sign. You'll know it when you see it!
