We tried this place for restaurant week in Scottsdale. For this event, it’s a set menu for $55 each. There was plenty of parking outside, bathrooms are outside of the building which are hidden from public but not inside the restaurant. The inside is set up like a house with different rooms. Though the floor is concrete not wood. The food and service was excellent. Our server was very courteous and attentive. We started with only one piece of delicious bread (I wanted more it was so good). We had a choice of five to six appetizers and chose the burrata and the brie and apple slices. For dinner, I got the scallops in wine and butter sauce. I received about 7 huge scallops. My wife got a beef bourguignon with mashed potatoes, and onion wheels. It came in a nice red wine sauce. For dessert, we were treated with the chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. It was a delicious meal. Make sure to get on their mail list because they offer specials for birthdays.

This place has some real classy charm! Delight French-inspired cafe with a beautiful, cozy interior.

We enjoyed a late lunch and were served by the most accommodating and kind server. Thank you Lisa for going above and beyond!

I enjoyed the Roasted Chicken Farmhouse Salad, a mocktail, and the creme brulee.

I made a reservation for Friday, May 10, 2024, at 2:30 pm to celebrate Mother's Day. I did not know but they close at 3pm and open again at 5 pm. So I was very surprised because why would the system let me get a reservation 30 mins before they close. However, upon arrival, the host seemed confused and unsure where to seat us as they were closing at 3 pm. I was initially seated at a table, but the server later asked if we could move to a different table, which I didn't mind as it was a better spot.
The second server was friendly but hurried us to place our food order before 3 pm, which we did around 2:45 pm. Although there were a few other diners, we were the last to leave, so the ambiance was quiet. The tables were close together, but thankfully, there weren't many people around us. The restaurant's interior was small but charming, and the outdoor tables looked lovely. They also had a parking lot, which was a plus for the area.

The food was good, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. I tried the Croque Monsieur and the Wild Mushroom Tart, which were decent. I also enjoyed the lavender and gin sparkling drink. I noticed that the prices had increased in late April or early May.

Overall, the restaurant was charming, but I'm not sure if I'd return soon, especially with so many other restaurants to try. There wasn't anything particularly unique that would draw me back.

Went there for restaurant week, overall food was was pretty good, but terrible service. We arrived at the restaurant at our reservation time, however, the host informed us they are still preparing the table, we waited about 10 minutes to get seated.
After we were seated, our waitress, Pam, took another 5 minutes to greet us, and another 10 for our drinks to come out, we were only given some nuts and olives during this period. Then she was came back to take our order, that's when she told us we needed to order all 3 courses at the same time and I thought it'd be nice if she would've told us when we were ordering our drinks so we can plan ahead. While having our appetizer, another waitress noticed we didn't have any bread, so she gave offer us some, and we were quite surprise this wasn't coming from our waitress.
Shortly after our main courses were served, Pam checked in on us and we never saw her again until we were done, my friend had already finished her drink and water but because Pam was nowhere to be found, she couldn't order another drink.
When we were done with our main course, that was when Pam informed us 2 out of the 4 dessert we had order before we started our meal were out, we were quick shocked as another waitress was bringing the same dessert we ordered out and because we ordered before our meal, we didn't understand why she couldn't inform us earlier or hold our dessert for us. And if we would've checked in with us more often, this wouldn't have happened.
To sum it up, we would come back again for the food, however, we would definitely be asking for another waiter/waitress.

First time eating here on someone else's treat: we were seated outside, and it took some time for us to sit. (15 min) The aesthetic of the place is lovely, but hot, crowded, and somewhat overbearing. It touts a Parisian feel, but an American's idea of Paris: imitation that pales to the original. Once seated, we were placed at the end of the crowded patio near the bathroom, so many people passed by us, and we had people behind our table, with little space. Our waitress was not as attentive as she should have been, got the wrong drink for one of our guests, and took a long time getting the correct drink. We weren't offered refills either, nor any recommendations on the food. To be at a place that touts luxury and pretentious decorations, it would be nice if the servers were also accomodating and affable. Once we ordered it was an incredibly long wait (15 min) for our very simple bread and pesto, and then another 15 min wait for our starter of the Burrata with Prosciutto. The prosciutto was very thick, and the baguettes were nice and soft with a lovely crunch. The burrata was greatly textured with a gentle taste of milk, great with the pesto. But it was surprising to see it with such a higher price range for the time it took, the portion, and the overall not very complex preparation, even if the cheese is imported. 15 to 20 min later, we got our orders. I ordered the crepes, I enjoyed the orange mascorpone with the berry compote, but was disappointed with the serving size and cold temperature. Again I was surprised with such small servings for very simple food. My sandwich was toasted well, made well but the apricot sauce was sparingly put on. It was a pretty simple, small ham and cheese sandwich. The potato salad was nice, I liked the green onions used, and it complimented the sandwich well. I had water (with no ice offered) and a fizzy ginger lemonade (with ice) in a small cup. I suppose the wait for the food was due to the fact a bridal shower was going on but I feel the venue should be prepared for multiple guests, otherwise, offer less seating and reservations. I think the restuarant could benefit from decreasing the amount of tables and concentrate on creating a relaxed atmosphere. My experience was that it was a crowded, pricey, overhyped brunch place that seems to be the trending thing here in Phoenix. The food is simple with small servings, and overall, I feel that the place is satisfactory if you're a fan of "Parisian inspired" cafe/brunch dishes (and comfortable with paying $20-$25 per person). I also feel there are other places you could pay the same for much larger servings with complex dishes. I only ate here at someone's suggestion and treat, but personally wouldn't come here myself again.

I finally found a real Croque Monsieur in the valley!!! I’ve been looking for years. I live in Phoenix so trying Scottsdale restaurants takes longer for me. I’m so happy. It was just perfect. Subtle sweet hints of béchamel meshed perfectly with the savoriness of the ham. It wasn’t dry. It wasn’t too cheesy. Just absolutely perfect. The picture is deceiving, it tastes better than it looks!!

The BEST cakes on Arizona for YEARS! My wife and I order birthday cakes from them every year because they have NO COMPETITION that even comes close to their food quality, taste, or pricing! BUY FROM THEM NOW IF YOU WANT THE BEST! This is a One-Of-A-Kind food establishment run by some of the nicest and most talented people around! Never a disappointment here! A perfect little brunch spot too if that's your toast and jam!
