Besides the General manager coming from the back of the store and aggressively verbally attacking me about my service dog in front of other customers, causing his jaw to drop and look at me completely dumbfounded at what was occurring things went well enough for us to not return until new management comes in. I have traveled across the country with my loyal BUBBA and never have I had such a terrible experience with any business. Food well it’s Arby’s so it was what was expected. Service was an A+ for the person who helped me at the counter but that fell quickly after the interaction with the manager which left the atmosphere stressful as we were dining in. Probably won’t get a response from the company that owns this store due to the lack of importance on this matter. So if you have a service animal steer clear or be ready to be verbally abused, your choice. Hate to give this review just two weeks prior I rang the bell for the great service. Funny how one untrained bad apple can ruin the bunch. See Bubba at a different restaurant doing his job a loyal hero.

The WORST customer service in town. Would never go back. They forgot food, wouldn't give me it when I went inside and when I asked if I could just ask the lady in the drive-thru that gave me my stuff the lady just refunded me instead. That was after i waited for her to count out 5$ in pennies. Weirdest experience I've had at a fast food place. Don't give them your business. They don't want it apparently

I have a service dog. He is a standard poodle and wears a service tag, even though it’s not required by law. We have eaten there several times without incident but on this day, the manager on duty loudly addressed me across the dining room as I was going to a booth, that dogs aren’t allowed in here. I continued to my seat, as my back was to her and sat down. Her aggressive accusation toward me caused me to have a panic attack. My husband was still at the counter and proceeded to explain that I have need of a service dog, that he’s fully trained and she could issue a refund if there was a problem. After we ate, before leaving, I asked to speak to the manager, as I was able to then. I gave her a card with the ADA laws according to the DOJ that businesses are allowed to ask: 1) Is that a service dog and 2) What tasks does it perform? That speaking loudly enough for those in line to hear at someone with a service dog is unacceptable and uncalled for. The manager argued that this was not what she did, that she didn’t say anything wrong so I calmly gave her the card, explained I only wanted her to be informed and left. I did reach out to their corporate but got no response. I am disappointed to see the owner has responded to other reviews and has yet to respond to mine. This just confirms my review, thank you

I ordered online thinking that would save me some time. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes, waiting for my food to be ready. The staff was very nice, service was just very slow.

Surly employees. Slower than a snail. Place was empty and they didn't seem like they wanted to work. I got some water and the water was extremely disgusting. I used to love Arby's. I'm not going back until they replace the staff.

I took advantage of this week's 5 for $5 online special celebrating Beef Week.

The staff were quite friendly. They were not busy, there no other cars in line. I pulled up to the window, they said they were "making it right now". However, when I got home, less than a mile away, the sandwiches were fully cold. They couldn't have even been under a heat lamp!!
I was not asked, nor provided any Arby's Sauce, just handed a closed bag in the drive thru.

The meat in these sandwiches is different... it's like all the shave endings smooshed together in a ball between bread.

Glad it was cheap, because it sure wasn't any good.

It is beyond shocking that the price for your Reuben sandwich is not posted. And then find out it is $14.99 for one! Plus tax!! Cost us $32.75 for 2 sandwiches!! And the $20 an hour minimum wage in California has not even started. The server basically was blaming the price on the upper minimum wage. We could have gotten 2 roast beef and cheese sandwiches for less than $7 with a coupon we had. Who would have thought a sandwich would cost so very much more. You may have lost a couple customers. Still in shock.

Much of the offers are APP ONLY. The app has yet to let me order. The most recent ad of a FREE sandwich is misleading & the employees in the restaurant are not well informed. They said buy anything & get a FREE sandwich. It's actually MUST buy a deli/wrap & get a free sandwich of limited amount not stated. I walked out, again. Last 2 times was due to having NO roast beef.
