Amazing place for the whole family. There’s so much to do and so many different farms to explore. Our favorite farms so far was High Hill farms and Indian Rock. We didn’t really plan on getting a Christmas Tree but once we got there to Indian Rock we had such a great experience that we wanted to make more memories so we decided to choose a Christmas tree and bring it home. We are sure to go back over and over again. It will be a yearly family trip for us now.

It's our first time here. I recommend coming early to beat the crowds. One of the workers told me it's best to come here during Sept. to Nov. That's when they'll have all the pies in stock, and a lot of the vendors and gift shop are open.
Parking wasn't hard, and the people were friendly. I stopped or asked a few of the workers' questions. They were not grumpy, like they liked working there.
The view was breath taking, I can definitely see us spending a day here and just walking around. A few of the stores were closed, but they had a place for you to ride a pony or go fishing. We mainly came here for the donuts and left with way much more.
The apple fritters were huge, hot, and fresh. It was thick, fluffy, and cinnamony. It reminded me of eating a fresh cinnamon roll, just as messy but so delicious. It wasn't super sweet, and you can taste the chunks of apples.
We also ordered a dozen assorted donuts. They were all delicious. Usually, I'm picky with donuts. We cut them all in half to sample. I can describe each one but I think it's best for you to try yourself. They were all so moist, and some like the chocolate and maple donut had that crunchy piece like an old-fashioned donut. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I can see the hype in driving all the way here for them.
We went to the mini market right next door and ended up buying a whole bunch of goodies that I can't wait to try. A couple next to me were talking about how usually the apple butter is sold out, so I had to grab a jar.
I can't wait to come back next year to get the full experience. One of the workers told me they close after Christmas and don't open until August.

First time visiting Apple Hill & I can’t wait to go back. Seriously might be the best fall activity ever! Loved every second!

The glazed apple fritter is so delicious! Don’t let the line scare you it moves fast & totally worth the wait.

Dog friendly. Lots of photo areas. The lake is super cute. The pony rides adorable. Hay ride looked like a lot of fun. Everything was reasonably priced.

Apple Hill is a fun family-friendly farm. There’s plenty of parking, tons of vendors in tents, and a whole market with delicious apple donuts.

I had fun walking around the property, and sitting by the lake, but the donuts made the trek worth it alone!

This place is great! We picked out our tree after looking at the huge selection over an hour or more.. the tree cutters were so pleasant and friendly and also would tell us if they saw a tree of our specifics. Prices were quite high but we love the tree we got.. a Christmas tree I feel is a representation of who and what we feel is Christmas. This one is perfect ..
thank you High Hill!!

We've been coming to this place almost every year. We always get their delicious, fresh apple fritters, visit the fudge store, and take a few pictures with the lake. They have plenty of fun activities specially during the fall season for kids, all around great place to visit. This combined with the Apple Ridge Farm, make for a really fun trip to Apple Hill.

(2 weeks ago): Best place I've ever been to. I visited Apple Hill plenty of times with family. The vendors had advertised the best products out there. They're friendly, kind and fun to be around. I bought a few items for early Christmas shopping. Went to Pie House to get some lunch. Their grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup is the best!

Please be advised that some vendors will have a "No photos allowed" sign. They don't want anyone to steal their ideas. So be considerate of their boundaries.

We visited High Hill Ranch on November 11, and despite the heavy downpour that marked the first significant rain since summer, the experience was delightful. The weather may have discouraged some visitors, but the ranch was still bustling, especially around the restaurant and the donut shop. Parking was plentiful, but in between the trees was pretty muddy.

We indulged in a variety of treats, starting with their famous donuts, which were a hit with the whole family. The chili was hearty and packed with beans in every bite—perfect for a rainy day! The grilled cheese sandwich (complete with a really nice tomato soup compliment)was simply amazing, oozing with gooey goodness that comforted us from the chill outside. As for the burger, it was decent but didn’t leave a lasting impression, and the same critique for the fries.

We also took some time to explore the candy store, where we picked up some fudge and other sweet goodies. A highlight of our visit was creating a custom candle, which cost about $21. Just a heads up: you’ll need to leave the candle with them for about 15 minutes, so plan accordingly. This added a nice touch to our family outing!

One thing to note about the restaurant is its unique layout. While it serves as a cozy spot to warm up, we found it a bit confusing at first. The napkins and condiments are centrally located, while the plasticware is near the drink ordering area. Straws and lids are tucked away in a corner by the soda machines, and food is served from a window near the entrance. So, make sure to familiarize yourself with the setup upon arrival—someone in your party will likely need to make multiple trips to gather everything!

The shops were fun to walk through and the photos spots were adorned with the appropriate level of cuteness!

Overall, High Hill Ranch provided a charming experience, even amid the rain. With decent food, fun activities, and a family-friendly atmosphere, we left with smiles and satisfied appetites. We look forward to returning when the weather is a bit sunnier and earlier in the season before they (all of Apple Hill, I believe) are picked out! Targeting September-October next year.
