Overnight Parking outside on the street. Appointment was at 9am. Check in 7am. Got Door right away. Checked out 8.30am. Loaded Fast.
Park on road, then go inside for check in. Office left to docks. Tons of room for backing. PottaPotty outside.

Maybe if you are here first thing with an early appointment this place is quick. That has not been my experience the three times I have pickup or delivered here. Each time it is 3+ hours past my appointment before I get a dock but like reviews have said once in a dock they are fairly fast.

“I had a very bad experience with Anacapa Fresh Logistics. I arrived at 8 AM and had to wait until 4.30PM. They loaded the cargo incorrectly, even though they called me beforehand to confirm how it should be handled. When I asked them to fix it, they argued and wanted to charge an additional $150. After discussing with my dispatcher, they eventually fixed it, but the whole day was wasted, and it was very frustrating.

We picked up product multiple times at this shed and I must say the Anacapa Fresh team are rockstars! The warehouse is always on top of making sure trucks are loaded in a timely manner. The office staff is very friendly and professional, 5 stars all the way!

Worst shippers, they will ask you to park the truck on road n then come back to checkin….if you dnt have space for trucks to visit dont make warehouse simple….stop abusing truckers

Park outside of the entrance on the dirt shoulders. Walk up to check in and wait for a phone call with dock number. Very quick once docked. 45min and outta there.
