Customers appreciate the wide variety of foods from many cultures available at America’s Food Basket of Randolph. The store offers an impressive selection of hot food options, but it's best to arrive early to secure popular items like chicharrones. However, some customers have noted that it can be challenging to find employees who speak English, particularly in the produce section. Additionally, the store does not accept bottle returns for Mexican Coke, which can be inconvenient for some shoppers.

Despite these minor drawbacks, many customers find themselves frequenting America’s Food Basket of Randolph due to its extensive offerings and vibrant atmosphere. The store's diverse customer base contributes to its unique ambiance, as shoppers often notice a predominantly non-white clientele.

The prices are quite high but the variety of foods from many cultures is impressive. The hot food is very good but get there early if you want chicharrones. Sometimes it’s hard to find an employee that speaks English especially in produce. The store does not have bottle return for the Mexican Coke and no other store will take them. But I find myself going here quite often and when I do I’m usually the only white person in the store and people look at me strange but I like it.

I rarely grocery shop at America's Food Basket, but it's good that I can find certain products there from the Caribbean when I need them. What I buy there several times weekly, however, is the prepared Haitian foods. The line at the food table has been getting longer as more people are discovering this yummy little secret. The food is sold by the pound, so you can fill your styrofoam take out container with your favorites. The semi sweet fried plantains are a big hit and always disappear the fastest. The griot is another favorite, followed by the fried pork. Often I miss the griot no matter what time I arrive. I've gotten there as early as 10:30 a.m. and the food was there, but that was an exception. It seems that the average time that all of the food will be there is around 11:30 a.m. This food spot is very popular and the food is tasty. Bring your own shopping bag to secure your purchase or pay 10 cents per bag at the checkout. If you cannot wait until you get home to eat, tables and chairs are available near the food. Don't forget to grab your utensils.

All I can say is This supermarket needs to be called “ Carribean food basket “

Sometimes, I go there there is a long line for the cooked food and its finish within 2 minutes . Wow I did not know Americans were starving .

This chef back there especially in the Haitian food section , I need her business card … these are delicious .

Poor customer service cashier refused to bag my purchase into reusable shopping bag, and once she finally bagged my items she aggressively toss my items in. After brought to managers attention he was also rude and provided poor customer service and little to none resolution.

I don't go there very much I went one time to get a few things with my service dog and they question me about my service dog and he has his leash and it says service dog and his chain that they kept questioning me so I left my items in the carriage and walked out and told them the next time I come back in here if I get question I'm calling my attorney

Don't waste your time ordering from instacart unless you plan on calling and verifying items in stock.

Every shelf is fully stocked and faced off. They must go through the store all day fixing shelves. Very neat and clean. Meat prices, all prices are very reasonable. The quality is as good or better than other chains. AFB seem to care about their customers. The great prices are a reflection of that. They could charge more. Store with a heart. Right on !!!!
