Don’t come here, appointment times mean nothing, showed up 2.5 hours early, we are way past when I should of been out of here. No hope of leaving hear anytime soon. Place is a dump, good place for your equipment to get crapped on by birds, they also have a terrible lot, don’t turn around back there.

My appointment was at 1630. I was here one hour early. It’s now the next morning zero 730 still haven’t been touched.

Well have been sitting on the pit for 6 hours now. They told me my test was good and they would let me start dumping in a few minutes...... that was 5 hours ago. Will never be back. And they do not care that they are covering my fresh wash job.

Was 30min early to my appointment. Waited 2hrs for a door.

Once I was in a door it only took them 30min to load me. But this company shouldn't be scheduling so many trucks we have to wait for a door. Wasting our time isn't OK.

Owner ops be warned, I'd refuse any load picking up from here if you don't wanna waste hours.

Drivers pickup up park on gravel and go check in they call u whenever they ready for you.

When loaded guy will come out with paperwork and seal. No need of strap. They put plastic airbag.
When loaded you can check your gross weight leave the truck on scale and go to shipping office and ask them your gross weight.

If you are nice then u get the same response.

Appointment at 1pm
Checked in at 12:15 pm
Out at 4 pm.

Could have come early and get loaded early.

I arrived around midnight the night before my appointment. My appointment was for noon the next day. Another truck driver was parked at the dock getting unloaded. He told me that he checked in on arrival, they took his phone number, he went and parked at the nearby truck stop and the office had called him in a very short time and told him they would unload him early. Long story short, the person in the shipping/receiving office at night is also working on the dock. To check in at night, when you see another driver head to the office to get their paperwork, that is the time to follow them and speak to the very nice lady that was working overnight. As it turns out, my load wasn’t ready but she took my phone number and I was allowed to park in their gravel lot where some trailers are stored. You will also see other trucks parked there. There is plenty of room to maneuver. Shipping called me at 0730 and gave me a door. I was loaded and out of there in approximately an hour. There is a truck stop less than a mile away with a cat scale. There is a scale on site but I prefer to use the cat scale to verify. I was overweight and had to come back to get a couple of pallets removed. They put me back in a door right away, adjusted the load, and I was quickly on my way again. I still got done before my actual appointment. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great experience here.

This place is awesome!!! I was to deliver on Wednesday between 7am and 4pm. I got there Tuesday at 11pm. They had me unloaded by 1:30am. They were really really nice to me from the young man unloading me to the nice young lady in the shipping office. They have overnight parking. And the sign on building says ALPHIA. Turn in lot and turn to your right you will see scales right in front of you on right in red letters. Get on scale first get out of truck go into shipping office take your bills. She will have you sign in and gave you a pink slip to take to receiving along with your bills which is around back left side of building. There are different types of trailers coming here etc. Dry van, asphalt, tanks reefers. So that will dictate your wait time other then that the place is not crowded at all.
