When questioned about a sudden increase in rates, Adam balked at providing an answer until a
threat to get out of the policy was made. Even then, the reason given was due to an error in the system and once corrected, resulted in a 50% discount in rates! How convenient is that?! Though, it’s important to note that the discount wasn’t applied to policy. His office seems to experience computer/system errors when attempting to make changes to one’s insurance coverage when it will result in a reduction in premium being charged. Eventually, you’ll be forced to contact Farmer’s directly and have their own customer service agents help you make the necessary changes to your policy.

I would never select Adam Robbins as an agent! Never returns phone calls, called after hours to tell us not submit a claim. Hung up on us repeatedly. The absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced! The only way would could cancel our policy was through corporate because he wouldn't take our calls. He also uses fake/paid for reviews on his google reviews to make he seem better then he is. Just look through and see that some are exactly the same with even the same number of exclamation points. He is dishonest. We cancelled our policy and will never go back.

Adam went above and beyond to make sure my entire family was fully covered with the best rates out there. He was able to not only beat the competition, but he was responsive and understanding of what was important to us as a younger growing family. Worst experience with an insurance agent i have ever had. Adam doesn’t care about what matters to his clients. He does what he wants. Charges increase as you go then when i decided to cancel, he told me he can do better. What a joke. Then when i canceled he ignored my email and continued my coverage. So i was shocked to receive a bill threatening cancellation 2 months later. Meanwhile i had double coverage. What a mess. Save a headache. Steer clear from Adam Robbins

If you’re shopping for insurance, stop. Policies can be structured in so many ways that the last person with the pencil will always have the lowest quote. Adam will properly insure you based on what you need. But Adam is an awesome human being. The few times I’ve had insurance related events slap me in the face Adam picked up the phone and walked me through it. Every. Single. Time. If you value having someone there to always have your back, then Adam is the guy. He is the first person (after my wife) that I called when I was in my most recent collision and I am so thankful for the guidance he gave me. Thank you Adam! You have made such a positive impact on my family!

Their quote spoke enough originally; then he had to go and bad mouth another agency. I felt it sort of immature these days. Also, why is it that communication is now a convenience, and no longer a business practice? ..that goes for all businesses! ... continued in response to "Farmers" response: I feel your reply doesn't apply to our conversation; maybe you misunderstood my review?
